Acid Inhibitor
Our pickelgard range is one of the most powerful acid inhibitors, capable of minimizing direct corrosion damage to boilers, cooling tower pipelines, transformers, heat exchangers and power plants during oil field acidisation, scale removing, metal cleaning for galvanizing, pickling, tinning, electroplating and are used by different type of industries for pre-commissioning and post operative descaling (chemical cleaning) of boilers, pipelines, evaporators, heat exchangers, cooling towers etc. Our range of acid inhibitors can be used at ambient temperature as well as at elevated temperature and even at higher temperature, our product will give very good corrosion inhibition. Our product has got very good wetting property and due to this the penetration of the acid is eased up and due to this reason, the different types of scales are removed easily and quickly. By using our corrosion acid inhibitors, pitting emrittlement is avoided and overall metal loss will be very minimal. Some of the salient features of our acid inhibitors comprises of the following:

Dust Suppressant
Dust suppressants are materials used to control particulate matter emissions from land surfaces. They can include physical covers (such as vegetation, aggregate, mulches, or paving) and chemical compounds. The contol of dust emmission is closely related to erosion control, but diffres slightly. In the both cases, the goal is to restrict the movement of soil particles. Dust suppressants are used to prevent soil particles from becoming airborne. The airborne dust particles negatively impact humans wildlife, including aquatic life and vegetation. The dust suppressants also increases vehicle, helicopter and equipment wear and damage due to mechanical abrasion.
Dust suppressants are used on unpaved roads, road shoulders, construction sites, landfills, mining operations, military sites, animal resources, vacant lands and agricultural fields.

Galvanizing Flux
We offer galvanizing flux that helps in reaction of molten zinc and thereby controlling the formation of zinc oxides. In a normal hot-dip galvanizing process, although degreasing, pickling, water rinising and other cleaning procedures removes most of the surface contamination and scale from iron and steel, small amounts of impurities in the form of oxides, chloride, sulfates and sulfides are retained, unless removed, these impurities interfere with the iron-zinc reaction when the iron or steel part immersed in molten zinc.
Our galvanizing flux is used to remove these impurities and to keep free from oxides thet portion of the surface of the zinc bath at which the steel is immersed. In addition, it must have sufficient chemical stability to maintain a chemically active foam at the gavanizing temperature and to perform its cleaning function at a high rate of speed. We also supply fume suppressants for hot dip galvanising and electroplating.

Activated Carbon

Ferric Chloride

Poly Aluminium Chloride
We supply both powder and liqud Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) which is extensively used in industrial coagulant and flocculent in various industries. Poly Aluminum Chloride is widely used in water treatment for removal of suspended solid (Turbidity) and contaminants like natural organic matter from surface water. Further, with the electrostatic charges it prevents microorganism, colloidal particle, slit and clay from coalescing and stabilizes them. Sulfamic Acid Descalent
Sulfamic acid descalent is ideal for removing scales from cooling towers, coils, heat exchanger, condensers and wide range of heating and cooling systems. Sulfamic acid descalent is a non hazardous & non flammable and does not give off obnoxious fumes. By removing industrial scale it enhances the efficiency of working of a plant and equipment on cooling and cleaning surfaces. Sulfamic Acid Descalent should be used in the following way:
- As a immersion liquid
- Filling with a Sulfamic Acid Descalent solution
- Through circulation for consistent concentration
Direction Of Use:
- Before use, machines should be rinsed with water to remove loose flakes & sludge's
- Sulfamic acid descalent can be used in cold as well as with temparature range of 40º to 60ºC
- For an ideal solution, powder should be added to warm water
- The sample should be tested before using
- Proper ventilation is essential during usage of sulfumic descalent
- After cleansing the solution should be drained out and the system should be rinsed with water untill pH value is neutral.

Metal Treatment Chemicals
The object of phospating is to prevent rust and to form a cohesive bond between the surface and the final finish, thus acting as a sealant on the surface. This non-metallic and non-conductive phosphate coating is very widely used as metal treatmement chemicals in metal finishing industries :

Our comprehensive range of metal treatment chemicals includes ROTOPHOS 30W, ROTOPHOS 30G, ROTOPHOS, Degreasing compounds and brightening compounds. ROTOPHOS 30W when used ensures the metal is free from oil, grease, rust and deposit a thin protective film for corrosion resistance and durability to the paint. We also offer degreasing compounds such as ROTOPHOS DG which is a powder based alkaline degreasing compound. It is ideal for removing oil, grease and light rust from metals. It is used by adding with water to make an ideal solution. We offer ROTOPHOS ETH PRIMER, a etching & brightening compound, which is used to galvanized iron, aluminum and other metals. It is further used with other conventional primers.
