Synthetic Polyelectrolytes are extensively used in treatment of water and waste water. Their use increase the efficiency of the treatment processes, reduce cost of chemicals required produce smaller quantity of compact sludge which can be drained / disposed easily. Synthetic Polyelectrolytes help in water clarification remove suspended and colloidal particles which may consists of clay and silt, color bodies, precipitated iron or manganese oxide, and bacteria and algae. However most water require charge neutralization, if negative charge be neutralized the term coagulant  applies to cationic chemicals. Flocculation by polymer coagulants is brought via their molecular weight (M.W.) which is very high compared to inorganic chemicals.

Sulfamic based descalant are solid formulation that is water-soluble, non-volatile, non-toxic, non hazardous during storage and handling, chemically stable and does not gives of obnoxious fumes. Sulfamic base descalant possess a scale solubilising capacity with added corrosion inhibitors which give maximum protection to metal of boiler / equipment being cleaned. Our ROTO FLUX Series helps in controlling the formation of zinc oxides by assisting reaction of molten zinc. In a normal hot dip galvanizing process, surface contamination and scale from iron and steel can be removed by cleaning processes like degreasing, pickling and water rinsing. But minute impurities in the form of oxides, chloride, sulfates and sulfides are retained, which if not removed can get in the way of the iron-zinc reaction when the iron or steel part will be immersed in molten zinc. These can be removed by our ROTO FLUX. Further, it should also have enough chemical stability to uphold chemically active foam at the galvanizing temperature and to execute its cleaning function at a high speed. In addition, we also offer fume suppressants for hot dip galvanizing and electroplating.
