Boom Welding System

This welding system is used for manipulation of welding head for automatic circumferential & linear welding purpose.

Industrial Welding System

We have designed axle ring and cover robo welding system to be used in valve industry.

Consists of

Torch 1: 3 sets of manual adjustment slides for bottom ring tack weld torches.
Torch 2: 3 nos. of mig welding torches for bottom tack welding.
Drive: 2 axes servo controlled positioners with motorized rotation and motorized tilting with backlash free imported gear drives.
Positioner: Power operated centralizing fixture mounted on the 2 axis positioner.
Loading & Unloading: A pneumatically operated 2 axes job loading and unloading unit for transferring the component from tack welder to full welder and full welder to unloading station.
Slide: 3-axis motorized Slides unit for torch adjustment - 2 sets.
Clamping: Swivel torch clamp unit - 2 nos.
PLC Control: PLC controlled control panel.
Operator: Pendant Operator.

Tube Welding System

We specialize in manufacturing and exporting of tube welding system.

Inert Gas Shielding Chamber: Inert gas (Argon) shielding chamber.
Adjustable Tube Support: Height Adjustable Tubes Supports - 4 Nos. (2 on either side of the machine).
