the life of Valve’s seat. Same as Valves, different types of
materials are used to manufacture Valve Seat Inserts. Intake Valve
Seat is manufactured from special alloys of cast iron. Exhaust Valve
Seats are made from chrome alloy steel. Chrome alloy steel Valve
Seats high wear resistance at high temperatures. They are suitable
for use in light alloy aluminium and
cast iron cylinder head. Having our own
foundry and chemical analysis laboratory to provide special alloy
casting as per customer requirements / specifications with tool room
and complete machine shop equipped with special purpose machines and
instruments to meet all standards and sizes to maintain OEM and
Global specifications.
