Oracle Policy Automation (previously called RuleBurst) is a pioneering solution from Oracle Corporation. The solution allows an organization to fully automate their Business Policies writing Business Rules in their Native language. Consequently, it leads to a great reduction in reliance on a huge IT team, and the technical jargon.
The Policy Automation will be performed for a foreign government, in partnership with local vendors. The process of legislation, to determine the Citizenship / loss of citizenship of the person can easily be determined using the Automated legislation.
The IT Infrastructure requirements are expected to come down drastically after the automation comes into play in a live production environment after rigorous testing procedures.

Salesforce.com is a leading provider of On Demand CRM systems. Salesforce.com has recently been making major gains in the CRM space against many of the On Premise vendors.
The client for PF Enterprises was a large Legislation house which needed to move on from its current haphazardous approach to Document and client handling. Salesforce.com as a CRM provided both the flexibility, and the capability the client needed to automate their processes.
The system is currently live, and it has resulted in huge operational benefits for the client. This was an end to end implementation for the client. Along with cutting down the response time to new and existing customers, the client can now keep better track of their interactions with the client, and maintain them as a history, or a case. Each customer can now be individually tracked and metrics generated.
After demonstrating its capability, and its skills, PF Enterprises has set up a specialized sub-practice within its existing CRM practice, capable of handling and end to end requirements in the OPA space.
