Shuttle Injection Heading Machine
To meet the new marketing and packaging needs, the need of Co-extruded tubes has started increasing, as these tubes can offer aesthetics along with good barrier properties to preserve the fragrance and moisture of products.
Computerized Printing
Today Co-extruded tubes are widely used in Cosmetics, Personal Care Products, Oral Care Products, Pharmaceuticals, Household and Industrial Products and also in packing of food products.
Automatic Drilling & Capping Machine
Prisha Tubes (P) Ltd. is equipped with six color dry offset printing machine with online lacquering where printing is done using UV inks followed by UV lacquer to give the best results. Our printing machines are equipped to print halftone printing and solid printing with equal consistency.
Hot Stamping Machine
In addition, it have foil stamping as one of the decoration option, which adds value to the product. Foil stamping in golden, silver and colored foils enhance the beauty of the product. Foil stamping can be done on Tubes as well as Caps.
Plastic Injection & Forming Machine
The new labeling machine gives the customer an excellent option to prepare new concepts in the artwork of their designs. Labels such as Opaque, translucent, transparent with matt/glossy lacquer and foil stamping can be pasted on the transparent as well as Opaque tubes to add value to the products.
Aluminum-plastic Laminated Tube Machine
Induction sealing or tamper evident seal is poly laminated aluminum foil over the dispensing orifice of the tube to protect the product from being tampered as well as helps to retain the properties of the formulation. Tamper evident seals are most often used in pharmaceutical products.
