Heat Sinks enhance heat dissipation from a hot surface,such as a device generating heat to a cooler ambient,usually air.The primary purpose of a heat sink is to maintain the device temperature below the maximum allowable temperature specified by the device manufactures. Most heat sinks have fins and/or ridges which are used to increase the surface area. the extra surface area allows more metal to come into contact with the air, which allows the heat to be dissipated more quickly.A heat sink is used when environmental/design controls fail to bring the junction temperature within reasonable limits.Higher thermaal energy transfer efficiency of heat sinks is due to the low thermal resistance between heat sink and air.

At present we are manufacturing passive heat sinks which are madeup of aluminium (Al. extruded and Al stampped). Passive heat sinks used in natural convection applications or in such applications where heat dissipation is not dependent on designated supply of air flows.However we would like to take up jobs with copper & active heat sinks. We are also taking tailor made jobs for heat sinks.

Enclosures are generally designed for demandig industrial application. Load capacity varies from 20 to 25 Kgs. and dimensionally height varies from 160 to 220 mm.
