BLENDERS - OCTAGONAL / DOUBLE CONE / “V” Shape: Effective & uniform process of mixing, lubricating & blending of dry powder & granules Application & Process: Blenders are used for mixing, lubricating and blending in Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Food, Chemical, cosmetics, ceramics, pesticide, plastics and other Allied industries It can perform homogenously dry mixing of free flowing powders, granules requiring low shearing force, Mixing and Blending of particles with rapid intermixing of particles irrespective of varying specific gravities. The blender is provided with different type of mixing drums like; Octagonal Blender, Double Cone Blender and “V” Shape Blender. The material is loaded into the blender drum. The blender tumbles and the material in the vessel spread out. The mixing is achieved in 5 to 15 minutes with better homogeneity.

The Moveable Host is use for transfer the material dust free and without human touch in pharmaceutical industries for Load powder in to RMG bowl, Load powder in to hopper of tablet press, Load tablet in to hopper of blister pack & Coating Machine and online sifting and milling as well as container one room to another room..
The Drum Lifter consists of a main frame made of machined alloy steels. This flat make a “C” type basic structure. It is perfect in geometry and accuracy in terms of inside sliding width. Inside there is a carriage which runs on the rollers. These rollers run on ball bearings and are having a locking rim which allows rollers to glide smoothly inside the main frame and in straight line only. The load which is carried by the carriage moves upward without any bending or tilting. Rollers are made up of alloy steel having ball bearings and special rubber oil seal. The Structure is completely cladded/ Covered by S.S.304 Sheets completely covering the structure and argon welded to avoid any screws for the cladding. This entire structure is supported at both the ends by moveable trolley mounting structure for easy mobility. Inside the main frame there is a hydraulic cylinder which lifts or lowers the pulley to which the carriage is connected. Hydraulic cylinder is actuated by double solenoid valve which can make it move upward and downward. One can raise lower or stop the load at desired position. Hydraulic cylinder is also having a flow control valve which controls the linear speed of the load.. There is a limit switch at the lower and upper ends which determines the endpoints for the lift and that can be set by the user as per their requirements. On the front side there is rubber /nylon sandwiched belt which is PVC coated on both sides and it covers the front side completely as the carriage moves upward or downward side. Thus entire hoist is covered from all sides allowing no tablet dust to enter inside. The hoist will have power pack kept on the service floor and hydraulic tubes will come through the main housing internally. SALIENT FEATURES:

ELEVATING DE-DUSTER (uphill) Model PDD 250E GMP Model PRISM Elevating De Duster machine offers the tablets highest possible effective de dusting by using vibratory effect. As the tablets enter in centre of perforated plate from directly Tablet Press then they are gently vibrated and the tablet to move forward, turning and rotating along the spiral path of perforated plate to outer peripheries. This removes the layer of surface dust and edges of tablet. The dust is collected by a dust extraction system through a hose pipe spigot connection and the tablet fall into the container. The mixing drum is fitted with baffles for uniform mixing and breaking of lumps. Conta / Bin / Cage Blenders or Container tumblers are used mainly for blending of dry powders for tablet production and capsule, which facilitates better flow for tablets and capsules. This is a closed contained, totally dust free single step transfer system. It can handle more than one size of container tumblers. In granulation room the dry granules enter to the container for blending through a dust free connection and the same container is loaded over to the blender for blending. Item Code: PPMPasteKettle Prism(R) paste ettle unit is ideal for making paste/starch solution for making granulation for tabletting. The kettle is provided with electric heated or steam heated or Thermic oil heated and jacked by 50 mm glass wool with SS 304 cladding. The entire unit completely made from SS 304 and all contact parts made from SS 316/SS 304 quality. The kettle is mounted on SS structure with pillow block and having arrangement for tilting with gear box and hand wheel for unloading. The control panel is fitted with inlet temperature indicator of heating media and timer.

The Trolley mounted system have inlet connection with pneumatic operated valve for Plain water, Hot water, Detergent and D.M.Water and which are connected with supply pipe in the manufacturing area and near the machine. Also high pressure pump is mounted and inter connected with all above and PLC based controls system is mounted on the trolley for automatic washing cycle on time base. The pump outlet is connected with spray ball of the machine. The automatic washing cycle data loaded in the PLC through HMI and PLC system will wash the machine accordingly by spray ball.
The closed bin washing system has washing cabinet/ Room with above CIP/WIP system and there are no. of spray nozzle for inner wash and outer wash. In this system IBC Bin will carry to wash inside the WIP system.
