The End runner is used for various grind able materials wet type in herbal (ayurvedic) Industries for Mixing (Bhavana Process) liquid extract with herbals powder and super grinding in micron size up to 300 mesh size.

 

There are two type of (Kharal) Runner, 1) End Runner and 2) Edge runner. The end runner is grinding the material on taper end of roller and edge runner is grinding the material on edge face of roller. The heavy wide rollers ride over the material where intensive crushing, shearing and mixing action takes place. Scrappers and ploughs are provided for directing the mass into the path of the rollers.

 

The End runner is having centrally drive drums and materials are feed in the drum. In end runner there is rollers contact with rotating drum on taper end point of rollers and the rollers are mounted at out side of the drum and on the machine structure with moveable housing and bushing for roller shaft. Due to friction force the roller is move rotating in vertical axis and move up and down ward in housing assembly when hard materials comes under the roller. The material is a grinding between bottom face of drum and end face of roller and the scrapper are scrap materials continuously and brought under the grinding face. The drum is drives through heavy duty reduction gearbox and motor.

 

The Edge runner is having fixed drum with centrally drive assembly of roller. There is roller assemblies is drive through reduction gear box and motor to centre shaft, the centre shaft is connected with movable arm and roller are fitted with bearings with the arm assembly. The roller is move round on axis as well as rotates in side the drum. The materials are grinding between edge of roller face and bottom face of the drum and scrapper are scrap materials continuously and brought under the grinding face.

The centrifuge is a simple device usually driven by a motor that woks on the principle of sedimentation. Objects in a centrifuge are rotated around a fixed axis, thus applying a force perpendicular to the axis. The sedimentation principle uses the centripetal acceleration to evenly separate substances of varying density. Centrifuges can be divided or categorized on several bases such as manual top discharge, Lifting bag type and reversing filter bags with 3 point or 4 Point suspension.

1.        The Fluid Bed Granulator Process:

·               The Fluid Bed system have a bed of solid particles which are fluidized by passing a stream of  air upward through a specially designed perforated sheet.

·               The upward velocity of air is so maintained so as to slightly lift the solid particles and set them in motion. This motion can be utilized to bring about mixing as well as forward movement of the solids particles.

·               The air is heated and the process hot air evaporates the fluid and dries the solids. Fines get agglomerated to larger granules particles thus providing large size

 

2.  The Fluid Bed Processor with Top spraying system for Agglomeration and Granulation Process:

·               The process is used in fluid beds to form granules form a fine powder. The fluidized powder is wetted with fluid / binder / starch pest by using top spraying system.

·               The top spraying system provided with spraying nozzle and precise dosing peristaltic pump.

·               The fluidized powder is wetted until liquid bridges are formed between particles.

·               Segregation of powder doesn’t take place as different powder is glued together on a micro scale. Since there is no impinging force in fluid bed equipments the granules are weak and having good solubility.

·               Once the granules are made they are dried in the equipment using hot air.

 

3.    Fluid Bed Equipment with Wurster Coater Bottom Spray for Granules Coating or Pallet Coating:

·               This process is used to apply a coating to the granules or pallets. This process knows as wurster coater.

·               In this process the spray is done inside a hollow cylinder and from the bottom of this cylinder the pallets are allowed in small quantity to enter the hollow cylindrical tube.

·               Then the particles are passing the bottom spray guns in orderly manner quickly moving upward the tubes to avoid agglomeration.

·               Once they are outside the wurster compartment, they move downward outside the compartment where they dry another layer of coating can be supplied. Since the movement of the particle or pallets inside the wurster chamber totally controlled in ensures uniform.

High Precision Fluidize Fast Drying & Agglomerating Process Technology 

Prism Fluid Bed Processing involves fast drying, cooling and agglomeration of particulate materials. It is ideal for heat sensitive and non heat sensitive products in Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and Biochemical, Food and Dairy Industries.

The Fluid Bed system have a bed of solid particles which are fluidized by passing a stream of  air upward through a specially designed perforated sheet. The upward velocity of air is so maintained so as to slightly lift the solid particles and set them in motion. This motion can be utilized to bring about mixing as well as forward movement of the solids particles. The air is heated and the process hot air evaporates the fluid and dries the solids. Fines get agglomerated to larger granules particles thus providing large size

  • Design is cGMP – Current Good Manufacturing Practices compliance.
  • All contact parts AISI 316 & non contact parts AISI 304.
