The End runner is used for various grind able materials wet type in herbal (ayurvedic) Industries for Mixing (Bhavana Process) liquid extract with herbals powder and super grinding in micron size up to 300 mesh size.
There are two type of (Kharal) Runner, 1) End Runner and 2) Edge runner. The end runner is grinding the material on taper end of roller and edge runner is grinding the material on edge face of roller. The heavy wide rollers ride over the material where intensive crushing, shearing and mixing action takes place. Scrappers and ploughs are provided for directing the mass into the path of the rollers.
The End runner is having centrally drive drums and materials are feed in the drum. In end runner there is rollers contact with rotating drum on taper end point of rollers and the rollers are mounted at out side of the drum and on the machine structure with moveable housing and bushing for roller shaft. Due to friction force the roller is move rotating in vertical axis and move up and down ward in housing assembly when hard materials comes under the roller. The material is a grinding between bottom face of drum and end face of roller and the scrapper are scrap materials continuously and brought under the grinding face. The drum is drives through heavy duty reduction gearbox and motor.

There is roller assemblies is drive through reduction gear box and motor to centre shaft, the centre shaft is connected with movable arm and roller are fitted with bearings with the arm assembly.
