Oscillating Granulator has one rotor with five edge, which oscillate on horizontal axis at about 180 per minutes. There is one half round sieve mounted at the bottom of the rotor. Product is charged from the top through in feed hopper and material falls on the rotor lades. The particles are broken by a set of oscillating bars arranged in cylindrical form over a screen of suitable mesh. Due to the sharp edges on rotor, the downsizing of particle takes place and through sieve material gets pushed outward from the bottom opening.

The Impex Pulverizer is a perfect to make powder in micron size of different material and herbals.

 

  • Pulverization in this is done by continuous impact of rotating hammers against grinding liners.
  • Raw material feed in rotary feeder from inlet hopper and spills into the grinding chamber.
  • Strong hammering breaks lumps into small particles. At the same time air stream blowing through the pulveriser carries the ground material towards outlet.
  • Whizzer classifier doesn’t allow oversize particles to pass and returned them into the grinding chamber. They are re-grind and reduced up-to acceptable size.
  • Fan is working for convey particles passed from Whizzer and send it to cyclone collector.
  • Three-way connection Cyclone & dust collector (fabric type) provides clear air to the mill and keeps entire operation free from dust too.
  • Miracle mill/ Hammer Mill are useful for high production. Fineness isn’t possible to achieve as much as pulveriser. Miracle mill / Hammer mill is similar to impex pulveriser. Perforated liner is fitted in bottom half of grinding chamber.

  • There are two type of (Kharal) Runner, 1) End Runner and 2) Edge runner.
  • The end runner is grinding the material on taper end of roller and edge runner is grinding the material on edge face of roller.
  • The heavy wide rollers ride over the material where intensive crushing, shearing and mixing action takes place. Scrappers and ploughs are provided for directing the mass into the path of the rollers.
  • The End runner is having centrally drive drums and materials are feed in the drum.
  • In end runner there is rollers contact with rotating drum on taper end point of rollers and the rollers are mounted at out side of the drum and on the machine structure with moveable housing and bushing for roller shaft.
  • Due to friction force the roller is move rotating in vertical axis and move up and down ward in housing assembly when hard materials comes under the roller.
  • The material is a grinding between bottom face of drum and end face of roller and the scrapper are scrap materials continuously and brought under the grinding face. The drum is drives through heavy duty reduction gearbox and motor.
  • The Edge runner is having fixed drum with centrally drive assembly of roller. There is roller assemblies is drive through reduction gear box and motor to centre shaft, the centre shaft is connected with movable arm and roller are fitted with bearings with the arm assembly.
  • The roller is move round on axis as well as rotates in side the drum.
  • The materials are grinding between edge of roller face and bottom face of the drum and scrapper are scrap materials continuously and brought under the grinding face. 
  • High precise grinding process of the material in micron size with extract mixing.
  • Easy to discharge and clean.
  • The drum is made from 50 mm thickness of the material.
  • The roller is made form solid bar material.

·         The ancestor of the Modern Pressurized Horizontal Sand Mill is Bead Mill.

·         The working principle of bead mill is feed to be processed is pressurized pumped from the bottom of the mill into the milling chamber which is filled with grinding media .

·         The complete impeller assembly is rotate on high speed and creates pressurized movement of grinding material and on feed.
