Special design of machine ensures total synchronization of timings between sealing of Aluminum foils. The machine works on the flat forming & rotary sealing principle for delivering higher outputs.

PVC base film web is drawn off from a reel and fed into the blister forming unit where blisters are continuously formed. The web is then led to the sealing unit over a guide track. Over the guide track, the product is filled into the blisters by suitable automatic filling unit before the web enters the sealing unit Aluminum foil is drawn off from a separate reel and is fed to the sealing unit where it is sealed with the Aluminum foil base web, thus enclosing the product hermetically. The filled and sealed web is then fed by an indexing mechanism into the pack punch unit where the packs are separated from the web. The web trim is sheared off to allow collection. The blister pack may either be collected in bins or may be conveyed over a belt for further handling. The machine could be linked to a cartoner.

Strip Packing machines are designed to handle a wide range of products with utmost precision and speed upto 2400 units per minute. The products from the hopper passes through a stainless steel feeding system and goes to sealing roller cavities where laminated foils, drawn from two rollers, packs and seals the products in a continuous strip. The strip then passes through vertical and horizontal cutter assemblies to deliver the desired sizes of strip packages.

Tablet Inspection Machine is used for visual Inspection of Tablets, both coated and uncoated type of all sizes, most conveniently and at a very high speed, ensuring strict Quality control at the same time maintaining good checking rate.

The tablet to be inspected are filled in the Hopper and is automatically placed on the Conveyor belt through vibration, while at One end of the belt an operator inspects the 'Front' side of the tablet and at the other End the second operator inspects the 'Reverse' side of the tablet. Further, the Machine consists essentially of an Endless Nylon Conveyor Belt, driven by a variable speed motor and designed to offer for inspection the front and Reverse of a Tablet.

Optional Dust extractor provides collects the dust. Rejection tablet trays are filled to collect rejected and 100% perfect tablets fall into the collection drum.

Inspection table is equipment consisting of a three-track conveyor with a hood with lighting arrangement and visual inspection background of alternate black & white color. Inspection table have stainless steel structure with moving S.S. slat chain. Structure made out of S.S. square pipe & supported on adjustable bolts. Tabletop is of 12 inches working space on both side of the conveyor belt for final visual inspection.

The central conveyor belt brings the bottle from the capping machine conveyor. These bottles are automatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts & further on the side tables for operators sitting on either side of the table. The operators in turn pick up the bottles & visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white & black background to check for any partials in the liquid filled, sealed & breakage of bottle. After inspection the bottles are placed in the central track, which is transfer for labeling.

De-Blister can safe recover all blister fillings except glass product fillings like vials, tablets, ampoules, gelatin capsules, etc. products from packs.

It is a machine with Adjustable Blades so that one Cutter is sufficient for all packes, which will be De-Blistered by you. The reason we call this machine Semi-Automatic because the Operator of this machine will have to feed pack into the machine so that the Table/Capsule will come out from one side and the empty pack will come out from the other side.

In the case of products blister filled in the thermoformed PVC film and sealed with HSL coated aluminum foil,-output efficiency as high as 90% can be achieved. This reduces to 60% in case of recovery from glass-lined paper foils.
