Prithvi Fabrications Private Limited is based in Bangalore, India. In 1982, the company started manufacturing household and domestic metal components. Slowly, we diversified into aluminium manufacturing and sheet metal pressed components.
We have a long history of satisfied customers including TVS Suzuki, International Instruments Ltd., Intervet India (formerly Hoechst Roussel Vet) and RPG Life Sciences (formerly Searle India Ltd.). We have always provided quality products and our customers are assured of the best service.
Currently, we are also capable of manufacturing deep drawn components. Presently, we manufacture a number of domestic and industrial parts including motor fan housings and lamp shades.
We operate state-of-the art equipment which is housed in our factory in Peenya, Bangalore. The main equipment used for sheet metal pressing are hydraulic and power presses. The tonnage of the presses vary from 20 ton up to 50 ton. Our well trained staff are extremely competent at handling these machines and maintain stringent quality standards. Plastic components are manufactured at our sister concern and wire cut EDMs are currently in operation. We can tailor our equipment to meet specific quality requirements and we are well equipped to handle large work orders.
