Heat of Compression Dryers The Heat Of Compression Dryer(HOC) is fully automatic with pneumatically actuated Ball / Plug
valves. A sequence timer controls operation of these valves. Desiccant
used is Activated Alumina and it dries the air up to (-) 400 C Dew
point. ADVANTAGE OF HOC DRYER :- Maintenance cost is very-very low because there is no moving part, no
blower and no continuous requirement of Electrical heater. Life of activated alumina around 5 year. No loss of compressed Air. Pressure drop across dryer is max. 0.2 kg/cm2. Skid mounted and ready to install Dew point is (-) 400 C.

Heatless Air Dryers Our Heatless air dryers consisting of two towers filled with Activated
Alumina and at a time one tower is under process and another tower is
under regeneration simultaneously. We can achieve dew point of (-) 40
degree C (at atmospheric pressure) we can also get a dew point up to
(-) 80 degree C but quantity of purging air will increase up to 25%.
The capacities that we offer in this category are 10 NM3 / hr to 1000
NM3 / hr. Some of the features that need to be highlighted are:-

Internally heated Air Dryer The Drying unit has 2-vessels filled with Activated Alumina or Molecular sieves desiccant. One vessel remains in drying cycle for 4 hours, while other vessel simultaneously regenerates at atmospheric pressure. Around 3% flow of dryer capacity is used as purge for regeneration. Electrical heaters are provided in a central finned Stainless steel pipe in both drying vessels. Heating cycle is for 2 hours and in this time hot purge air increases desiccant temperature to around 100 degree C. At this temperature regeneration is complete (due to dry air purge). Dew point achieved is around (-) 40 degree C. If still lower Dew point is required, air purging rate is slightly increased to 5% for (-) 60 degree C and to 7.5% for (-) 80 degree C Dew point.

P S A Nitrogen Gas Generators Our nitrogen gas generator is based on P.S.A Technology and that is called “PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION’’. NITROGEN GAS GENERATION :- The main ingredient of Nitrogen Plant is CMS
(CARBON MOLECULER SIEVE) and CMS is having indefinite pores on the
surface, which adsorb the molecules of Oxygen, Moisture and Unwanted
gases from compressed air. Nitrogen gas, which is not adsorbed into the
surface of CMS comes out from adsorbed tower and collects in the surge
vessel. Nitrogen Generator Models :- PEE MODEL This is very simple Model for producing the Commercial grade of
Nitrogen with its Purity of 99% and very economical. This Model is
suitable up to 99.9% Purity. DX MODEL This Model is used as ‘High Purity Nitrogen plant’ wherein the purity
level is 1-2 PPM. This type of Plant is used where Hydrogen contents
are required. This plant is Commonly used for Heat treatment, Chemical
and Electronics industries. COPPER – DX This Model is used as ‘ Ultra Pure Nitrogen Plant’ and its Purity level

P S A Oxygen Gas Generator Our oxygen gas generators based on P.S.A Technology and that is called “PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION’’. The main ingredient of Oxygen Plant is ZMS (ZEOLITE MOLECULER SIEVE) and ZMS is having indefinite pores on the surface, which adsorb the molecules of Nitrogen, Moisture and Unwanted gases from compressed air. Oxygen gas, which is not adsorbed into the surface of ZMS comes out from adsorbed tower and collects in the surge vessel.
It consists of two-adsorber tower, which is filled with Molecular Sieves. The adsorber towers are interconnected with Change over Control valves, controlled by sequence timer with a standard time cycle. After every certain time cycle adsorbed tower, automatically swings and Oxygen gas is produced continuously. The maximum Oxygen purity level is 93-95% Advantage :-

Refrigerated Air Dryer It is a skid-mounted unit consisting of Freon chiller, Air to Air pre-Cooler and a moisture separator. First Air is pre-cooled with outgoing chilled air to around 25° C and then it is cooled in a Freon Chiller to ( ) 2° C temperature. This reduces refrigeration load of the Unit. Outgoing dry air has ( ) 2° C Pressure Dew Point and comes out at around 25° C temperature. ( ) 2°C Dew Point in Refrigerated Air Dryers corresponds to around (-) 23°C Atmospheric Pressure Dew Point. Lower Dew Point is not possible from Refrigerated Dryer, as moisture condensed would start freezing on Freon tubes, if lower dew points are tried.
(-) 23°C is the best possible Dew Point achievable from Refrigerated Air Dryers
