We use latest technology to manufacture dimensionally accurate connecting rod. While constructing these high performance connecting rods great attention is paid on eliminating stress risers. This is done by technically grinding the edges of the rod to a smooth radius.

We also adopt shot peening to induce compressive surface stresses i.e. to prevent crack initiation. Along with this we also undertake magna fluxing to reveal invisible small cracks which would cause the rod to fail under stress.
