Incepted in 1993 at Salem, Priyankka Fabrics is a leading name in manufacturing and exporting of fabrics which is used for home furnishings, apparels, etc. Our wide product range includes: Mens Shirt, Polyster Fabrics, Women Shirts, Curtains, Home Furnishing, Linen Fabrics, Milange Fabrics and Jacquard Fabrics. We have climbed the ladders of success under the leadership and guidance of our founder member Mr. Lakshmanan Palaniappan and Mr. M.V. Palanikumar. Both our members have wide experience and knowledge about the fabric development as they have been in textile designing business since past 25 years. We have invested heavily in machines and manpower in order to generate higher production capacities with minimal wastage. Our production unit is fully geared up with all the latest and highly modernized machines, power looms and weave looms to develop fabrics in required quantities and strength according to client's demands.

We have a highly developed infrastructure comprising of modern and hi-tech machinery and highly experienced power loom engineers. Technologically advanced, our machines have a count range from 10s to 2/120s and reed up to 156 and pick up to 86. They have RF drying facility up to 1.5 Tons/day. We have machines in various capacities like: 500 Kg (1 no), 200 Kg (2 no), 175 Kg (1 no), 100 Kg (1 no), 50 Kg (1 no), 30 Kg (1 no), 7Kg (1 no) and 5 Kg (1 no). Our weaving machine range includes:

With the assistance of these machines, we can easily develop 100000 mts. of fabric per month. We are also planning to put up a new plant with 12 nos of Picannal GTM A Looms.

We have set out a lead time between the production and the dispatch process. Our lead time for various processes includes:

• Job work – 175 looms – 10 own looms
• For Hand Bit - 2 to 3 Days
• For Yardages - 15 to 20 days

We have also set out lead time for bulk production. Our lead time is 40-50 days for Fastness to Washing, Dry Crocking, Self Staining, Shade Change and fastness to light and wet crock.

Our team of experts maintain a strict vigil on each and every level of the manufacturing process right from the procurement of the raw material to the final delivery of the finished products. We conduct various tests like: wrinkle recovery angle, tensile strength, abrasion resistance etc. to ascertain about the quality of the fabric.
