FLUSH BOTTOM VALVES:

In process industries, various severe conditions and applications-high temperature,pressure, abrasive slurries,high vacuum etc-are of common practice.

Flush Bottom valves are used for high abrassive slurries, high viscous liquids, high vacuum, high temperature and pressure. The valves are generally used at the bottom of the vessels but other mounting also being used.

The valves are manufactured in two different designs-

• Inside Vessel Opening design-Valve disc travelles in-side vessel when it opens.
• Inside valve Opening design-Valve disc travells in-side valves when it opens.

PAD TYPE LEVEL GAUGE

Pad type level gauges we manufacture are used to see and measure liquid level in the vessels, tanks, Silo, Bin, Colums etc. The assemblies are provided with reflux and clear glasses as per applications

The pad is welded with vessels and become integral parts of the vessels. For thermo syphons, used for Mechanical Seal pressure system, we specially designed and manufacture Pad type sight glasses for economy, interchangability and asthetic value and manufacture through loss wax process- investment casting- and regularly supply in CF8 & CF 8M MOC. Clear vision is 22 x 80 mm long. Pressure tested up to 10 Kg/Sq.Cms-Hydraulically.
