Chief Architect

Mr Karrupaiah laid the foundations of the company in 1987. Mr Karrupaiah is a seasoned industrialist who has worked in different capacities before launching his own venture. He has worked as a consultant, designer, marketing manager with various manufacturing companies All this has provided him a wider perspective of shot blasting manufacture. He has successfully used the skills acquired over years to give right direction to the company.

Infrastructure

Coimbatore has both mechanical and textile Industry zones. This helps in easy procurement of necessary equipments. The company has total land of around 4 lakhs square feet in Kovaipudur with a total covered area of 5000 square feet for workshop and administrative block. The company has well equipped machine shop consisting of various machines. The production unit is equipped with the state-of-art technology and superior machines. These are help in constant innovation of the products. The excellent recognition, which the company receives from various technocrats inspires it to strive for new innovations.

Quality

An independent quality assurance team looks after the quality requirements. Each of the product is inspected and cleared by the quality control department to ensure quality. With a view to ensure proper quality control, inspection is carried out by a separate and independent department working directly under the management. The quality control wing ensures that all incoming products/raw materials are not used or processed until it has been inspected. Final inspection involves the examination, inspection, measurements or tests upon which the final release of the product is based. Physical testing of items is taken up by recognized agencies in and around the industrial area whenever it is felt necessary.
