To Blast Clean Automatically Wide Variety fo Work Pieces Process Control & Systems has a range of Airless Shot Blasting Machine Hanger Type with number of Blast Wheels varying according to the job size for the wide variety of work pieces for large production output in terms of surface treatment. The overhead conveyor carries the job in & out of the blast cabinet where numbers of blast wheel are located depending upon the type of the job for attaining homogeneous finish.

Major parts of the machine include blast wheel for giving high production output, over head conveyor for job conveying & the media recovery, consists of bucket elevator, screw conveyor, rotary screen separator etc. & dust conllector.

Brief Working :

The Job (s) is hanged on the hangers mounted on overhead conveyor or provided inside the cabinet. Blast wheel stations are located strategically on the Cabinet fires abrasives on the components. The components get shot blasted and finished homogeneously all around.

We are offering a comprehensive range of Internal Pipe Cleaning tools, which is mainly designed to blast clean without the necessity of rotating the pipe. These cleaning tools help in removing rust, old paint and other contaminants from the pipe better than any other method. Our cleaning tools have replaced the conventional blast nozzles as these are powered by compressed air. In these tools, the abrasive is accelerated and propelled through specially designed nozzles that clean the pipe with ease.

We are offering a specially designed range of Vacuum Blasters that is used to recover abrasive automatically for reuse. The machines are provided with a built-in filter that effectively removes all dust from the item being blasted. Moreover, the recovered media can be easily cleaned by a screen built into the base of the blaster. These are mainly recommended for intermittent blasting and low productivity.

 

Our blast cleaner P-14 is available with an attachment of edge and angle cleaning attachment along with 5 meter air hose with end Coupling and T.C. nozzle of 8 mm.
