Soya Lecithin We manufacture and offer soya lecithin that are used for biscuits, chocolates, confectioneries, food products, emulsion, hair shampoos, oil paints/printing inks, aqua feeds, cattle feeds, cosmetics/ pharmaceuticals, leather chemicals and other industries.
Composition
Soy lecithin consists of three types of phospho-lipids. It is extracted from soybean oil and is generally used as a natural emulsifier or stabilizer in various food applications.
Conclusion
Soya lecithin is needed by every living cell in the body. Cell membranes, which regulate which nutrients may leave or enter the cell, are largely composed of lecithin. Without lecithin, cell membranes would harden; protects the cells from damage by oxidation; breaks up fats in the body; keeps cholesterol from forming dangerous deposits in blood vessels, lessening chances of heart attacks, atherosclerosis, and gallstone formation; prevents arterial congestion and protects against cardiovascular disease by lowering cholesterol; the nutrient Choline, found in lecithin, protects against Alzheimer's disease and memory loss; helps to redistribute body weight; protects vital organs and arteries from fatty buildup; stimulates the immune system, cleanses the liver and purifies the kidneys; makes the blood less sticky, so it can move more efficiently throughout the vascular system.
Uses Of Soya Lecithin: Soya Lecithin Liquid are also used in Baked Goods, Caramel Corn, Cheese releases, Non Dairy Creams, Whole Milk Powders, Chocolate/Cocoa, Flavour / Colour Incorporation, Meat Sauces and Gravies, Margarine, Shortening, Ice Creams, Biscuits, Candy Based Products, Macaroni, Noodles, Salad Oil, Edible Fat and Oils, Spice Oleoresins, Medical, Dietary, Instant Foods etc.
It is used in the manufacture of following products:
• Biscuits – as emulsifier, antioxidant • Chocolates – Viscosity Reducer • Confectionery – Emulsifier, anti-staling agent • Paints / Printing Inks – Emulsifier, grinding aid, anti settling agent, dispersing agent, reducing grinding time, etc. • Textile Chemicals – Textile auxiliaries, wetting agent, scouring, Softener, etc. • Leather Chemicals – Leather chemicals, fat Liquor, tannery chemicals, etc. • Poultry Feed- Supplement, binding agent , Fat digesting • Cattle feed supplement • Health Products- Emulsifier , anti settling • Pharmaceuticals- Vitamin “E” carrier, emulsifier , grinding aid fat digesting, cholesterol control • Cosmetics-Moistures agent, emulsifier, grinding aid • Chemicals.

Soya Flour Defatted Soya Flour/Flakes (Toasted) The De-fatted Soya Flour/Flakes (Toasted) maintain the balance of essential amino Acid of the body and used in manufacturing of processed foods stuffs, baked goods, cookies, In Fortification of cereals, snack foods, dietetic foods and baby Foods. Imparts Functional characteristics like emulsification, Thickening, Dis-persibility & water binding. Readily wettable. It contains 45-50% Proteins.
Defatted Soya Flour/Flakes/Grits (Untoasted) It is used in manufacturing of Textured Soya Protein (Soya chunks/Soya granules), Cakes, Bakery Goods, Pasta, Soups, Sauces & Gravies, In Fortification of cereals, Sweet Goods (Dough Nut), Fried Pie / Pasta, Adhesive Glue, and Dal (lentils) Analogue, Impart Functional Characteristics like Emulsification & Stabilizing High water absorption. It contains 45-50% Proteins.
Full Fat Soya Flour (Enzyme Active) It is a special production process retains the activity of natural enzyme lipoxygenase, used as Bleaching agents for Bread, which bleaches the wheat flour pigments to improve whiteness of Bread. Addition into flour Mixes, baking improvers, help in lightening the colour of finished products. And also used Toast Rolls, Food Mixes, Nutrition Food and Baby Food. It increases protein value, improve mixing tolerance. Extends shelf life & Oxidative Stability. Act as an emulsifier. Full fat Soya Flour Enzyme In-active can be used in Wafer Biscuits (Reduces Breakage), Cakes, Pastries, Cookies, Mixed Grain Breads (Improves moisture absorption, Freshness Longer), Baby Foods, Dietetic Foods, Soups, Sauces, Chocolate, Confectionery, Spreads and savories/Namkeen (Increases crispiness, reduces oil consumption in frying), Soup Thickener.

Soya Protein Isolate Detailed Product Description
Soya Protein produced from Natural GMO-Free soy bean with IP certification . it is hugely dispersible, bland in flavor and low in viscosity, it provides excellent nutritional properties. Soya Protein Isolates is widely used for the solid and healthy drinks since its features, such as good water solubility, low heat, high nutrition, etc. and against any lactose trouble (excluding lactose). It is a lecithinated Soy Protein produced from Natural GMO-Free soybean with IP certification. It has good gelling strength by water-hydration, and it is a excellent emulsifying agent, providing homogeneous heat stable emulsion.
Industries it is used in :
Processed Meat Products:
It is used as binders, emulsifiers, enhancing the nutrition value, improving the structure, increasing the yields, reducing the cooking losses.

Meat & Bone Meal (MBM) Meat and bone meal is the dried and rendered product from mammal tissues. It does not contain horn, hair, hide trimmings, manure, stomach contents, added blood meal or poultry by-product. The calcium content should not be more than 2.2 times the phosphorus content. A calcium content higher than this indicates additional calcium from a source other than bone. The protein in meat and bone meal is degraded relatively slowly in rumen. Specification Of Bone Meal
• Colour : Brown • Phosphate : 6 to 8 % • Calcium : 16% • Sand silica : 5% • Fat : 10 - 12 • Moisture : 7%

Usage Of Bone & Meat Meal
Mainly Bone & Meat Meal used in Poultry & Cattle feeds. Anti-blocking Agent : Additive used to prevent the undesirable adhesion between touching layers. A substance used in plastics to prevent the blockage during moulding /extrusion. Antiblocking agents are usually waxes or synthetic polymers; a light dusting of talcum powder is sometimes used for the same purpose. Epoxydised Soya Oil :Epoxydised soya oil is used in the processing of many polymers, particularly PVC Unsaturated oils specially of vegetative origin from the base of the plasticizers. Epoxy is used to established chlorine in PVC to prevent the degradation ,It enhances flexibility ,workability & dispensability in a film. Applications of Epoxydised Soya Oil :It is recommended in formulating PVC compound suitable for processing techniques such as • Moulding • Cable Covering • Film Blowing • Fabric Coating • Calendndruing • Dipping It is used for the manufacturers of a wide range of products such as : • Coated Fabrics • Flexible Films /Sheets • Rigid Clear Film/Sheets • Rigid Moulded Fittings • Wallpepars,Cable Covering & Toys • Chlorined Parafine wax • Rigid Pipes & profiles • Floorings & PVC Footwears • Garden Hoses,Tubes & Sleevings • Chlorinated Rubber • All Food grade PVC application Specifications:
