Established on 26th January 1982, we are a distinguished name in the field of manufacturing and exporting an extensive range of highly durable and corrosion resistance Nuts, Bolts, Connectors, Banjos, Lathe Turned and Forged Components. The company operates under the leadership of our proprietor Mr. Suryakant Maruti Abhang, B.E. (Mech.), who has over 18 years of experience with M&M (Tractor Division). Our strength is our infrastructure that consists of well defined departments for office, inspection, tool room facility. We procure high quality raw material from reputed suppliers like and observe stringent checks and inspections on the finished products. Our team of qualified professionals carefully follow our quality standards that has enabled us in offering world-class components at competitive prices.

We have a well equipped infrastructure. Details of our building:

Ground + 1st floor, R.C.C. built industrial building with floor Area 2000 + 2000 – 4000 sq. ft. with sufficient natural light and ventilation, separate office and accounts office, separate inspection area, room for tools, spares, gauges and fixtures and separate area for raw material storage.

Being an ISO certified organization, we observe high quality standards at every stage of production to ensure consistent quality in all our products. We conduct various inspections such as:

• Raw material Inspection
• Visual Inspection
• Spark Testing
• Chemical Analysis from outside agency
• Color coding
• Stacking in marked area

Process of Inspection:
Process Plan (Process Drawings) of respective operation is displayed on the machine. Operations are carried out as per the sequence already decided. Necessary gauge inspection is done by every operator. Inspection by stage inspector at the interval of 1 hour with recording. We have allocated separate area for final inspection. Stage Inspection is carried out on hourly basis & record is maintained. Tagging system adopted and separate area is allocated for rejection. Final inspection reports are made before dispatch and gauges / instruments are calibrated periodically.

Armed with a robust infrastructure, we have developed tremendous production capacity to design and manufacture products. Our production capacity is:

• 3mm to 10mm bar diameter – 75 nos to 250 nos per hour depending upon job
• 10mm to 20mm bar diameter – 40 nos to 150 nos per hour depending upon job
• 20mm and above bar diameter – 40 nos to 100 nos per hour depending upon job

Raw Material Storage Capacity: 25 Tons

Final Product Storage Capacity: 50 Tons
