We follow a complete manufacturing process to ensure quality products manufacturing. The process can be explained as follows:
Fabric is checked randomly for weaving defects prior to cutting. After cutting, pieces are stitched on our in-house machines under strict supervision. Our in line quality controllers ensure that stitching and measurement is as per the required specification s and requirements. Stitched pieces are checked and then finished. Further, the finished pieces are checked again by our finishing quality controllers and then packed. Packed shipments are checked randomly by our senior quality controller for over all finishing and packing and then dispatched.

Our infrastructural facilities are also equipped with various safety equipment so that safe and accident free working atmosphere can be provided. Following safety equipment are installed at our arena:

We have a dedicated team of more than 350 people in our organization that consists of management & administration staff, craftsmen, artisans and designers who are constantly engaged in producing the best for our customers. We have our working under various departments such as Administration, Accounts, Documentation, Merchandising, Production, Quality Control and Sampling, Stores.

At Profile India, quality is an important aspect for our production process. We have a separate quality control department, where our quality control experts check the products at each stage of production, starting from raw materials to the final delivery. We follow stringent measures to ensure the quality of the final output.
