We have become one of the leading suppliers and exporters of steel forging, custom steel forgings, tie rod ends, rack ends, axles, etc. Our range includes Universal Joints, Clevis Hooks, Tie Rod Sockets, Automotive Wheel Hubs, Steel Wheel Hubs, Ball Joints, Idler arms, Drop Arms, Pitman Arms, Gear Blanks and all type of Closed Die Forgings as per samples or drawings. These products are are user-friendly, resistant in body and long lasting in service. All machining services are also rendered inhouse.

We use different steels, such as EN - 8 Series, 8620, EN -353, 4140, 20MnCr5, 16MnCr5, Stainless Steel, EN - 24, EN - 31, HCHCR and Die Steel. The raw material helps us in manufacturing the best.

We are a quality conscious firm and thereby we make sure that the range meets with the international quality standards. At our unit, we carry out tests for raw materials on the basis of their correct chemical & physical properties. Further on, our manufacturing process is supported by material analysis, metallurgical microscope and for this we have all type of physical testing equipments.

Both our facilities - forging and machining are accredited ISO - 9001 by URS respectively. Following tests are conducted for client specific requirements :

• Tensile test
• Breakage load testing
• Material Ultra Sound Crack detection
• Grain structure checking
• BHN Hardness testing
• Die Inspection

All the tests are conducted under the close surveillance of our quality control inspectors. At our unit, we have test apparatus so as to stimulate loads & cycles of steering systems. These are for accelerated durability test of universal joints, crosses, tie rods and drag links. Our professionals check the product and the final authority lies with them for rejecting or selecting any product for final delivery. Only superior quality products are offered to the customers as we use superior quality steels to make our products.

We are equipped with spacious factory unit having advanced machines and state-of-the-art technology. We have maintained a full fledged forging unit and machining unit having 64000 sq. ft. and 11000 sq. ft. facility respectively for better forging and machining. Our both the facilities have housed machines which are top of the line in India and abroad. Our capacity to forge 5000 tonnes of steel forgings annually is an example of our efforts. Our company is equipped with :

We even have a heat treatment facilities such as Isothermal normalized cum hardening tampering furnace, shot blasting etc. All the facilities for each department are well maintained and monitored. Various departments like production, R&D, quality, design, packing, forging, machining and others are well maintained.

Design in particular, we have advanced CAD /CAM softwares for efficient design development. Further, our R&D department assists the clients by proposing individual solutions to his specific needs. All the tolerances established are obtained by finishing every component using automatic and CNC machines.

Forging Unit :
Our forging unit has machines like Belt Drop Hammer (2 Ton), Belt Drop Hammer (1 Ton), Power Press 250 Ton, Power Press 150 Ton, Power Press 100 Ton, Forging Press 00, Billet Shear 5' Capacity, Hex Saws, Electronic (FM-15) EDM, Planner 8 Feet, Shaper 32' X 32', Shaper 30' X 30', Lathe 10.5 Feet Heavy duty, Lathe 12.0 Feet Heavy duty, Lathe 6.5 Feet Heavy duty, Radial Drill (2' Capacity), Milling 4 No, Milling 4 No WMW, Magna Flux Crack Detector, Surface Plate, Laboratory and Fully Automatic ISO-Thermal Normalizing.

Machining Unit :
We have installed machines in our machining unit like CNC Machines, Auto Lathes (SPM), Centreless Grinders, Cylindrical Grinders, Internal Grinders, High Speed Drills (50 MM), Induction Hardening Equipments. Thread Grinders, Thread Rolling Machines along with all the major testing equipments.
