Majorly, we use Moly Grease which has a high degree of wear resistance.

We manufacture stainless steel forgings for tractor industry e.g. shifter bushes connecting rods, etc. Stainless steel forgings contain 10 to 12% chromium and provide great corrosion resistance to a variety of structures. Our wheel hubs are made for different vehicle application mostly in material CK-45 or SAE 4140.Due to the fact that all infrastructures is in house, We supply finished wheel hubs after broaching & Drilling. The final turing of wheel hubs is done on spline mandal so that the run out obtained is within 0.1mm and hubs made run perfectly on shafts.

Our upset forgings also called hot heading which is a process by which the cross sectional size of a bar is increased either at an end or at some point along its length. It is done on specially designed upsetting machines using closed dies to control size and shape. We design and develop upset forgings such as axle, shafts as per buyer drawings and samples and also supply in machined condition after spline rolling & hobbing operations & Induction hardening.

Our gear blanks are supplied in forged and in turned condition. These gear blanks are turned on CNC turning centers and the customer can directly put the blanks on gear shaper or hobbing machines. We even do drilling of complex gears which required no. of drills. Whenever a new drawing or sample is received prototype samples are send to the client with PPAP documents and commercial production is started after receiving approval from client.

We specialize in manufacturing of forgings for tie rod ends, ball joints, idlers, drop arms which are also available in fully finished in ready to use condition. We have wide range of tie rod ends & ball joints for American and European application. Already, we are supplying forged and machined steering and suspension parts to OEM’S worldwide and we have received “A” Grade from all our customers. We design parts as per client drawings or samples. All parts are forged in CK-45 and ball pins in 42Cr M04 and are duly induction hardened before assembly.

The process of applying necessary pressure to all or some portion of surface of a forging is to obtain closer tolerances or smoother surface or to eliminate drafts is called coining. Coining can be done while forgings are hot or cold and it is usually performed on surface parallel to the parting line of the forging. We produce wide variety of critical shape parts and due to different shapes & sizes. To provide coining services we have installed two hydraulic coining presses of capacity 100 ton and 200 ton. This assures that proper relations are maintained between different dimensions as per drawing.

The best forging services come from outstanding raw materials good hammering/pressure equipment and the kind of dies that ensure every part comes out flawlessly. As we are in the industry for quite a long period now, we have very good contacts with steel mills and we have got development of many customized steel as per our client's requirements. The only requirement for these types of steels is that the quantity required should be at least 30 tonnes as the heat size of any good steel mill is minimum 30 tonnes. Full data sheet showing process of steel making, as rolled hardness, ultrasound testing reports are provided with PPAP documents.

Normalizing is a heat treatment for ferrous alloys which are heated to App 100 F above the critical range holding that temperature for the required time (Soaking time) & cooling to room temperature in air. We have state-of-the-art continuous fully automatic ISO thermal normalizing cum hardening & tempering furnace. All the parts after forging are normalized in this furnace. Proper Micro & Macro structure is maintained and cut section is checked in our own fully equipped Laboratory and for parts requiring hardening & tempering 100% inspection is done at BHN tester. All the inspection machines and testing equipments are regularly calibrated.

Magnetic particle testing is a non-destructive test method of inspecting areas on or near the surface of ferromagnetic materials. The material is magnetized by passing current then iron powder is applied. The powder adheres to lines of flux leakage revealing surface and near surface discontinuities or cracks. Magnetic particle testing is used for both raw material acceptance testing and product inspection after forging. All the parts which are detected with cracks are rejected and scrapped. The operators are provided with regular training so as keep them abreast with the latest techniques.
