Corporate WISH CRS is a Central Reservation System (CRS) that is multi-property, yet if used with WISH Front Office, entirely compatible with each hotels front office system. Requiring minimal re-training, WISH Front Office users can perform all the reservations and pre-arrival functions that they would if they were in the reservations or reception department of the hotel where the guest will arrive.

Each participating hotel's WISH Front Office system is tightly integrated with Corporate WISH CRS using the hotel's parameters eliminating the need to 'map' data. It is also the single image of inventory and reservations data across the chain. Users may view availability across all properties. They may also query for guests at any of the chain's properties. Other electronic reservation systems, such as WISH IRS for Internet rd Reservations or 3 party airline & Internet distribution systems, need only interface with Corporate WISH CRS for bi-directional reservations capability.

Corporate WISH CRS also interfaces with Corporate WISH CGHS. So guest history data across properties is available to the reservations agent for personalization and improved service per guest.

Corporate WISH CGHS is a guest history system that uniquely tracks guest profiles by an individual hotel or hotel chain's relevant parameters. For example, whether the guest is a vegetarian, what is the guest's golf handicap, who is the guest's favourite masseur at the spa, etc. Corporate WISH CGHS also tracks 'incidents' during the guest's visit, guest feedback and acts as a communication centre & guest contact log. Corporate WISH CGHS data may be stored in a central database that can be shared across a chain.

WISH .NET is Prologic First new multi-property Hotel Front Office software working on Microsoft .NET technology. All Front Office functions are consolidated into a single screen with additional tools and data  available on sliding panels accessed through tabs along the edges of the screes.
