Tripple Roll Mills are designed for milling all types of materials. Rolls are made either chilled cast iron with 550 BHM or steel rolls with hardened stainless steel sleeve. Roll gap adjustment is controlled either manually or hydraulically. Rolls have central cooling arrangements with flexible rotary joints.

Technical features are available as options as under

• Digital read out indicator for measuring roll gaps.
• Fluid coupling for soft start.
• Closed loop circulation system.

NOTE :

• Production rate depends upon characteristics of feeding materials.
• Basic models are also available in all customary
   sizes without automation.
