The Jet Mills / Jet Mill  are widely used in, drugs and pharmaceuticals, organic and inorganic pigments, optical brightners, fluorescent pigments, food colour, synthetic dyes, metal (except malleable metals)- carbides & borides, tobacco, herbicides and pesticides, ceramic, glasses, alumina, feldspar, frit, kaolin, mullite, electronic grade materials such as materials required for semiconductors, phosphors, photoelectronic, high temperature critical materials, rocket fuels etc.

FINISH : Fully stainless steel construction and simple modular design allowing easy access to internal parts that are mechanically polished to 320- 360-grit finish, Ra 0.25 to 0.32 mm.

We provide Quality Documents like D.Q. / I. Q. / O. Q & Operation Manuals with all Test Certificates. We also provide test & calibration certificates with each instrument & traceability to National & International standards.

OPTIONAL:

PROMASTM jet mills can be supplied along with many options. Following are the mostly requested.
a) Electronic motor controller allowing step less regulation of feeding speed across the specified range and features current limiting to prevent overloading.
b) Batch validation equipment including 4- 20 mA pressure transducers and process recorder to document each event.
c) Vacuum compensation system that avoids environment contamination in case of blowbacks.
d) Replaceable internal linings include PTFE, polyurethane and hard internal alloys etc.
e) Synoptic and LCD- alarm display with fault message in English language.
