Late Sri. Madanlal Agarwal, a visionary and an inspiring head, began his career in the transportation industry in the late 1960’s. His expertise and dedication, combined with the commitment to provide an efficient and reliable transportation service, resulted in the formation of a transportation company in the name of Assam Kerala Roadways.

Initially operating from Cochin and Calcutta, the company soon expanded its service to other parts of the country, evolving as a national player in the cargo sector. Owing to its growth and to meet the requirements as a nation wide cargo carrier, a new company in the name of Assam Freight Carrier was formed. The group soon emerged as a reputed name in the industry, catering to various corporate firms like Premier Tyres, Premier Cables, Telk, HOC, etc,
