Promptekk manufacture different types of lead free solder and solders meeting ROHS compliance of our specification in stick, wire (solid & RMA), ingots and pellet forms (Spec. and offer can be given on request). We can also manufacture lead free solders to your specification. We also manufacture high temperature withstanding solders of grades 90 / 10 Sn / Ag, 98 / 2, 62 / 36 / 2 tin lead silver in wire (solid & RMA type), stick and pellet forms to our specification (Spec. and offer can be given on request) or to your specifications. Promptekk’s lead free solders are used in food packaging industries too to join containers. For those who are cautious of lead contamination in food packaging industries can very well use these solders.

General solders for electronics & electrical applications in the form of sticks, rods, wires, ingots and pellets. We manufacture our products out of LME approved non ferrous metals. Promptekk Metal manufacture electronic solders of grade like 95 / 5 Tin Antimony, 65 / 35 Tin Lead, 63 / 37, 60 / 40, 50 / 50, 45 / 55, 40 / 60, 30 / 70, 20 / 80, 15 / 85 in wire form (solid), stick, bar, ingots & pellets form. We manufacture the above products to IS 193:2000, IS 11516:2005, BS 219=EN 29453 1993 or any International Specification or meeting individual customer's specification. We also manufacture solder wire of RMA type of grade 63 / 37 Sn / Pb, 62 / 38, 60 / 40, 50 / 50 and 40 / 60 to IS 11516:2005 or to any Individual / International Specifications. We can also manufacture RMA solder wire of other combinations of Tin, Antimony, Silver and Lead.

Manufactures General Solders of Grade like 65/35 Tin-Lead, 63/37, 60/40, 50/50, 45/55, 40/60, 30/70, 20/80, 15/85 in Stick, Bar, Ingots & Pellets Form. We manufacture the above products to IS 193:2000 IS 11516:2005, BS 219—EN 29453 1993 or any International Specification or Individual Customer Specification.

We also manufacture High Temperature withstanding Solders of Grades 90/10 Sn/Ag, 98/2, 62/36/2 Tin-Lead-Silver in Wire (Solid & RMA type), Stick and Pellet forms to our specification (Spec. and offer can be given on request) or to your Specifications.

We manufacture Solder Wire (Solid or RMA Type) of grade 63/37 Sn/Pb, 62/38, 60/40, 50/50 and 40/60 to IS 1921 : 2005 or to any Individual/International Specification. We can also manufacture RMA solder wire of other combinations of Tin, Antimony, Silver and Lead.

 

We normally manufacture solder wires from 12SWG to 20SWG ( from mm to mm)

 

These solder wire are used where hand soldering is required is electrical, electronic components and applications.
