Promptekk is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company and meets all Statutory and Regulatory requirements. It has valid certificates from Central as well as State Pollution Control Boards to handle hazardous waste metals.

Promptekk use mainly imported Raw Materials in its manufacturing process. The main raw materials required are Ingots of Tin, Lead, Antimony, Silver, Zinc, Copper and WW grade Rosin & IPA & Proprietary Chemicals.
The firm procures above Raw Materials through LME approved Indenting Agents, MMTC or at times through direct Imports. Regular and timely supply of imported and indigenous raw materials are ensured for continuous production of materials from the factory.
The premium grade raw materials and stringent quality control process ensure that quality of our products conform to the highest international standards.
On a single shift basis, the company has the capacity to manufacture 75 m.t. of products during a month or say 900 m.t. per year. We primarily manufacture of :
- All types of solders (General Solders & Special Solders)
- Fluxes
- Anti friction Bearings Alloys (White Metal)
- Babbitt Wire
- Electroplating Anodes of tin, zinc, alloys lead anodes for chromium plating and tin lead anode for PCBs
These products are manufactured to ISS, ASTM, BSS specification. We can also manufacture the above products to any Specification of international and individual standards. |

The company functions from its own premises which consists of factory, laboratory R & D and administrative office.
The unit is connected with nearly 100 HP power connections and installed a standby generator. SIDCO overhead water tank is located behind the company and the water supply takes care of the unit’s requirements.
We have all the requisite machinery and equipment to manufacture our products. The success of the company can be easily attributed to the dedication and talent of our workforce. Their in-depth industry knowledge and product identification has benefited our company.
For example, our zinc manufacturing facility avoid Iron contamination in the process, which is virus in zinc anodes. Our zinc anodes are cast with extra length and then cut to required sizes in order to avoid blow holes and slug. We have also developed zinc balls of 25 mm dia which is a latest trend in plating process and ensure zero wastage. |
