these paints are extremely quick drying, and will touch dry in 5- 10 minutes & surface dry within 15 min. No sagging / tears of the sprayed paint, when sprayed in small lots by keeping a spray distance of 6 – 8  inches from the object.

liquid red dye penetrant chemicals are extensively used as one the most reliable and fairly economical method of non-destructive testing method  for the detection of very minute surface cracks, pinholes, deformities in all types of structural & welded steels, boiler tubes ,condenser tubes & turbine & power generation equipments.  this method of testing is used on sight, as well as on the shop-floor & is independant of shapes / curves of the substrate.

liquid red dye penetrant chemicals are formulated so as to penetrate in the minutest of the cracks/ pinholes, by an excellent capillary action and shall have the sensitivity to detect all the cracks / defects completely. Red colour of the penetrant , which is adsorbed in the cracks / pinholes , is then blotted by the spray of the developer , thereby giving a  high degree of contrast against white developer background and the colour is  very easily distinguishable. A very small residual amount of sulphur or chlorine even at ppm levels, is highly objectionable on surface. This is especially applicable to the equipment used for the nuclear applications. The stripped of paint can be removed by a jet of water, and wiped with dry cloth / cotton waste. Unistrip – d tank shall always be kept closed to minimize the losses due to evaporation. paint stripping / powder coating stripping, is the most undesirable but the most unavoidable process in any paint shop and maintenance workshop. However ; since under coat corrosion always poses very serious threat to the equipments life as well as pipe-line and equipment failures, acompanied by substantial financial losses and downtime of the equipments, it is essential to strip off the
old paint , and revamp the equipments with new and many a times advance paint coats.

along with the other ingradients of the paint film. The paint/varnish/powder coating stripping time will be between 2 minutes to 30 min. Depending on the number of coats / film thickness, baking temperature and baking period adapted while curing & life of paint film. For multiple coats & hooks, hangers, paint shop attachments ; hangers & suspenders etc, dipping stripping period
shall be ranging from 30 minutes to four hours or even longer.

Promtech Acrysil is an excellent, extremely quick drying, 100% transparent Clear Lacquer. AQUANIL DWO is a petroleum solvent based De-watering oil, which also acts as an excellent rust preventive, by deposition of a thin film of rust preventive on the treated components. AQUANIL DWO is Light Brown to Amber, Slight viscous, volatile, non-toxic, non-corrosive liquid & has a sp. gr of 0.82 + / -0.02. Its Oil Absorption value is Nearly 30 to 35%.Water Displacement Excellent. It is Non Drying an is applied by Dipping / Spray. The resultant film Thickness is 0.5 to 1 micron .it passes 72 Hours Salt Spray Test. AQUANIL DWO has a Coverage of 200 -250 Ft. Sq: per litre by brushing .It can be removed by swabbing with thinners. CHLORITEN is a liquid & the percentage of Available Chlorine ranges from 7 % to 9 % depending upon the process requirements. CHLORITEN is a highly alkaline, Pale Yellow liquid, having strong smell of Chlorine. It is Non-Flammable, Non Toxic and Non-hazardous. It has a property of undergoing Photo-chemical Decomposition and hence shall be stored in closed jars, away from Sunlight. CHLORITEN stable for 60-90 days under recommended conditions of storage .

CYANIDE NEUTRALIZATION PROCESS: The complete Neutralization of Cyanide is carried out at a pH 10+;
and by addition of calculated quantities of CHLORITEN ; and allowing to react for 2 to 3 Hrs. These factors vary from complex to complex, and batch to batch, and need to be determined at the users plant. Air Oxidation by blowing compressed air helps total churning and result in faster neutralization reactions. The process sequences shall be followed as under:

Promtech PTFE coating is a tough, Air-dry resin bonded Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene and attains outstanding Chemical and Physical properties.
