Founded in the year 1992, we have registered our presence among the well recognized manufacturers of a wide spectrum of industrial components and fittings that are needed in diverse sectors. We also undertake projects and carry out fabrication, erection and commissioning of various plants. We have successfully accomplished all these turn key projects well before stipulated time and have ascended on the ladder to success very rapidly. Currently we have annual turnover close to two and a half crores which is already escalating. Being an ISO 9001-2000 Certified Company we understand the importance of quality maintenance. We have appointed a separate quality management team that does the following

• Check the procured material through tests as per design specification.
• Make sure that manufacturing goes on as per drawing.
• Another round of Final inspection from authority
• Inspection from third

We maintain records of all the quality related issues and we also have a team of qualified welders who carry out welding jobs as per the IS/ASME. Section IX. All the stages of production are closely monitored so that every instance of defect is reported and taken care of.

We have advanced testing instruments that enable us in checking our products. Some of those instruments are as follows:

• Digital Micrometer Venire 6" to 8"
• Dial gauges
• Steel tapes 3 meter to 15 meter
• Ultrasonic thickness testing gauge.

Using these instruments we carry out tests that check the products on following parameters:

• Tensile strength
• Dimensional accuracy
• Reaction to heat and pressure
• Ductility
• Power saving capacities
• Efficiency

We have impressive infrastructural facilities that have enabled us in delivering products of high strength and capacity. Our manufacturing plant is spread in an area of 6000 sq ft and has an installation capacity of 15 units.
