The specialized granite quarries wires manufactured by us are mainly used for sawing, processing of granite stones and cutting granite stones. These wires comprise of a plastic or vulcanized rubber coated cables with wire saw beads contained in them. The wires manufactured by us are water-cooled and are highly safe if the contingency of breaking of the cable arises, as in that case, the saw beads remain intact within the cable. We manufacture a 60 H.P. wire saw machines for our National and International clientele. It is fitted with an electric motor of 60 H.P. which is connected to an aluminium cast fly wheel. This wheel is directly connected to the gear box shaft which rotates its diamond cutting wires. It is fitted with efficient rail tracks and effective electric controls. We offer these machines in various technical specifications and these are widely applied for cutting and extraction of bulky stone blocks from the quarries.

We also manufacture another version of the wire saw machines which is fitted with an onboard, 40 H.P electric motor. These machines are also used for cutting and extracting large blocks of stones from the quarries. These machines are also provided with electronic controls and rail tracks.
