Application – Textile : Prosil 4901 has proven to be suitable for softening of cotton, silk, wool, polyester, PV blends, cotton fabrics and Acrylics. This offers durable softening ad enhances luster. It can be emulsified to durable micro emulsion. This is a low yellowing product and requires no catalyst. Prosil 4901 is evaluated on a variety of fabrics including 65/35 polyester / cotton broad cloth, 100% intcloth, 83 / 17 carduroy, 50 / 50 polyester cotton fubular knit and 100% heatset polyester.
ACTICEL ACP is an acid cellulose preparation produced using a genetically modified strain Trichoderma reesel. Their main activities are endo-1, 4, B-D-glucanase and cellobiohydrolase. The preparation is efficient in the modification of cellulosic material and is especially suitable for the finishing processes of cullulosic fabrics.
ACTICEL ACP preparation is classified a cellulose (endo 1, 4, B-D-glucanase) with * IUB no: EC 3.2.1.4 * CAS No: 9012-54-8
Properties : ACTICEL ACP is a light brown powder with a dry matter of > 91%. The produce is easily miscible in water.
Activity : ACTICEL ACP contains a declared minimum activity of 125 000 ECU / g. The cellulose activity is determined on hydroxylethycellulose substrate at 50 0C and pH 4.8. Detailed description of the method (B-030) is available on request.

As a result of high temperature, the sealant will be drooping and expedite solidify time reduce using and repair time, at the same time, it will bring air bubble. If too low relative humidity could make the solidify speed change slow, or if too high relative humidity could form congelation on surface of material, it affects conglutination between the sealant and material

PROSIL COL 400 has very good adhesion to cotton, Acetate, Viscose, Nylon and Polyester fibers and imparts to the treated fabrics, excellent resistance to washing and dry cleaning after curing
The dry film of PROSIL COL 400 is clear, soft, slightly tacky and free from bits
On curing the film becomes harder and less thermo plastic, but does not discolour

HOW TO USE : Prosil TL Finish remains liquid at room temperature. It is applied by the lick roll process and can be used as supplied. A pickup weight of 4 to 5 percent is recommended.
