We,
Prostick Adhesive Tapes Private Limited began journey in 1995 from Pune (India) as a joint venture of two
young entrepreneurs, Gurudas Nulkar and Satish Khare. Guided by the dynamic
vision of our founders, we have grown extensively and have increased our
level and scope of operations. Currently, we have captured a size-able share
of the market for self adhesives tapes in India. We have also established
ourselves as a leading supplier of self adhesive foams in India.
With an excellent infrastructure and a team of qualified and experienced
people, we have succeeded in our endeavors to cater to the needs of
prestigious clients from different industries such as automobile, printing,
paper, auto ancillary units and refrigeration units.

We are manufacturing a wide range of products like self adhesive tapes,
self adhesive foams, double sided tapes, masking tapes, speciality tapes, etc.

Self
Adhesive Tapes and Foams
Self adhesive tape is a distinct category of adhesive tapes that is tacky
at room temperature and firmly adhere to a variety of dissimilar surfaces
upon mere contact requiring no more than finger or hand pressure.
The self-adhesive tapes are used for adhesive purposes and as a protective
medium and are utilized in industries such as electronics and automobiles.
Double Sided Tapes
We provide a full platter of double-sided tapes to suit every requirement
of our clients.
- Filmic Double Sided Tapes : These self-adhesive tapes are
made using PVC, polyester and PP films. The tapes have a wide range of
adhesion values (7 - 55 N/25mm.) and excellent temperature resistance.
The filmic double-sized tapes are widely used in the automotive
industry.
- Fabric Double Sided Tapes : Cotton cloth, nylon, glass cloth
and viscose rayon fabric are at the base of these double sided self
adhesive tapes. The fabric double-sided tapes are stronger and thicker
than filmic tapes, which makes these ideal for rough surfaces.
- Non Woven and Tissue Double Sided Tapes : These tapes are
economical in value and have the capacity to withstand temperatures upto
100 degrees centigrade. They are ideally suited for general purpose
bonding and splicing of light paper, board, sheets, etc. Adhesion values
of these tapes range between 7 N/25mm to 18 N/25mm.
- No Backing / Transfer Tapes : The no backing or 'Transfer
tapes' as they are called are ideal for converting a wide range of
paper, label stock, foams etc. into self-adhesive forms.
Masking Tapes
The masking tapes are self adhesive tapes made from crepe paper, PVC, cloth
and PE. These tapes are categorized as per temperature sustenance and
backing. The masking tapes are selected based on a number of considerations
such as the surface to be masked, temperature condition, geometry of the
surface, time upto removal and shape / form of the object.
Speciality Tapes
We manufacture tapes for special purposes such as cabling and insulation
tapes. The cabling and insulation self adhesive tapes are utilized in
electrical and electronic industries for insulation, belting, sequencing of
electronic components and PCB manufacture. They are also used for cable
harnessing in the automotive and domestic appliance industries.
Custom Coating
We undertake adhesive coating jobs on our specialty Hotmelt adhesive
coater. Our expertise lies in coating on a variety of substrates including
cloth, felts, foams, films & specialty papers.
Some other products manufactured include self adhesive foams, aluminium
foil tapes and specialty labels.
Our Strengths
Quality
have achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification effective from June 2003. Our
high quality is a result of a comprehensive series of tests that are
undertaken in our in-house laboratory. The tests ensure that our product
conforms to the highest standards and enjoy a competitive advantage over
other products. For instance, regular tests are conducted to monitor the
heat resistance and the substrate and adhesive coat thickness of our foams
and labels. Some of the testing machines used for other types of tests are

180 deg peel adhesion tester for peel testing as per PSTC, FINAT and IS
specifications.
Static shear tester for testing static shear as per FINAT.
GSM test quadrant for checking adhesive coat weights
