AMF Futuro

Supplying a wide range of AMF futuro, we are serving to wide requirements of electrical and electronics industry. Operation

Working on the terminal voltage of Battery i.e. 12V or 24V, these are available in Auto, Semi Auto, Test and Manual operating modes. Sensing all the three phases of mains supply these give starting pulse to DG Set starter (Sart Solenoid) along with FUEL SOLENOID, specially in the cases when any one phase goes below the set limit (settable on rear, 300-400V).

• DG starts automatically when it develops its rated voltage (settable between 300V-400V)
• DG Contactor (or any switching device provided) is switched on after preset time delay
• Power is supplied to load from DG Set
• In case any fault happens on the engine side or over load occurs, supply to load will trip and DG will be stopped automatically and fault is indicated by a flashing LED and buzzer
• Fault acknowledge by pressing ACCEPT push button
• When fault is acknowledged the LED becomes steady and buzzer stops.
• DG can be restarted once again after the fault has been rectified
• On the resumption of the main supply, load is changed over to mains
• Engine stops only after idle tile set(settable on rear)
• Manual mode is also available where in the whole operation is achieved with push buttons
• When this is in the test mode of operation, load changeover become automatic
• Manual engine start and stop operations.

Mini Futuro-3Ph.

We offer an innovative range of Mini futuro-3Ph. which has been designed and developed in accordance with the needs of our clients. Customized as per the specifications of our clients, this is a user friendly auto mains failure Solution for single phase generator sets. These have been manufactured adopting Micro- controller technology to achieve reliable and accurate:

• Start stop operation of DG set
• Load changeover from DG and MAINS
• Fault annunciation for safety of DG Set Designed with reduced number of components, Mini- futuro For 1-Phase model works on the terminal voltage of 12V or 24V.

After sensing the main supply, it starts giving pulses to Gen-Set starter (Start Solenoid), when Mains Voltage (in-built) goes below the set limit. Once the Gen-Set starts, there is developed a rated voltage and the power is supplied to load from Gen-set. In case any fault occurs on the engine side, Gen-set stops automatically, indicating the fault with a respective fault LED & buzzer. Pressing the accept button, fault can be acknowledged stopping the buzzer but the fault LED remains ON. Accomplishing fault rectification and resetting the system, Gen-set starts once again. Once the main supply is resumed, the load is changed-over to mains and the DG Stop Contacts stops the engine after pre decided idle run time which is settable on the front. No manual mode operation required, however in case for manual operation, control supply is disconnected and Gen-set is stared externally. Load change over will happen without DC supply. 3 phase model has been designed for automatic DG start stop and fault annunciation. Potential free contacts from any mains sensing device such as (three phase voltage relay) carries on main sensing and the load changeover is designed externally.

Reverse Power Relay

For monitoring the direction of power from AC generators, we offer a wide range of reverse power relay. These have been precisely designed in accordance with the needs of our clients and known to deliver maximum performance. Relay energizes when the current in the system being monitored is reversed to a value greater then the customer adjustable present limit. Some features of the equipment are:

• Adjustable trip point 2 to 20% of input current
• An adjustable time delay of 0 to 20 seconds
• Correct setting of the trip point and time delay ensures protection against motoring in the event of a generator failure and prevent tripping due to transients encountered during synchronization
