Quality Policy / ProcessesQuality Assurance
Our quality assurance parameters are very rigid and cut through the entire production process. All our granites products are produced from our own quarries only. Mining is carried out, employing modern methods to prevent damage to granites blocks and innovative cutting processes ensure a lifetime guarantee on quality. We take great care to ensure dimensional stability and precision. Uniform thickness of the tiles is achieved through calibration. Gauging and Beveling processes ensure that the tiles are of fine finish with smooth edges. At every stage of manufacture, constant inspection programs are carried out to identify defects like unusual patches, major color variation, cracks, dimensions, surface finish, and other quality issues. Only first quality slabs and tiles that meet our stringent quality criteria are earmarked for supply to our valuable customers.
