Infrastructure - Pre Press Department

PR Packagings has a fully equipped Design Development and Pre-press Department to understand and produce packaging to convert customer’s imagination into reality.

The Design and Development team is highly experienced to understand and cater to customer’s needs. Customer’s expectations for design and minutest details of printing are fulfilled with precision with least turnaround time for development.  We are using best available Software for design and development.

Modern In House ink Matching Centre for Conventional and UV inks     
 

   Printing
Highend latest multicolor printing machine from Mitsubishi for conventional and UV inks printing with on line coating facilities and capability to print on substrates such as plastic, foil board and board.

KBA 6 colour (28"x40") and KBA 2 colour (44"x64") to cover all the needs of customers for big size printings.

 


 

   Die - Cutting
Die Cutter from BOBST for accurate dimensions.

The facility of Embossing and Hot Foil Stamping are also available.


 

   Folding and Gluing
BOBST Folder and Gluer with advanced attachments which can do lock bottom and side pasting for Duplex and Litho-Laminated Cartons also. It is attached with handipack for fast packing.   
 

   Auto Laminator
High speed Auto-Laminator to produce printed corrugated sheets with controlled moisture levels and ready for immediate next process, reducing the turn-around time.   
 

   Full Fledged Corrugation Department
High speed single facers with the facility of producing wide range of flutes from A,B,C,E,F and G to cater to customer’s requirements.

 

   World-class Storage Facility
World class infrastructure for raw-material and finished goods storage to meet international standards.

 

   Material Handling
Goods lifts, fork lifts, pallet trucks and hydraulic trolleys ensure rejection control due to material handling.
