Quality Policy / ProcessesQuality Policy P.S. Tools follows a rigorous process of quality control, formulated by the in-house quality control department. We design our tools on the principles of ergonomics for better efficiency, with lesser efforts or risks of injury. The raw materials purchased undergo several quality checks before they are introduced into the manufacturing process.
Our team of qualified professionals supervise the complete manufacturing process and concurrently perform various tests like heat treatment for different grades of steel including case hardening, hardening and tempering, annealing and stress, corrosion testing, welding evaluations, etc.
The cutting tools we manufacture are heat-treated by the Salt Bath process, which ensures uniform and deep heating, better structure and better tool life. All these tests are done the with the help of the most advanced equipments to ensure flawless products.
