With its wide range of sophisticated grey iron, SG Iron (nodular / ductile) and Ni-hard castings of high integrity, the PSG foundry has carved a niche for itself in the global market.
The state-of-the-art equipment in the areas of melting, core making and testing like High Pressure Moulding Line, Induction Electric Melting Furnaces, Cold Box Core Shooters, Sand Mixers, Spectrovac, Image Analyzer and to crown it all an integrated CAD/CAM/CAE facility with Rapid Prototyping, Tooling and Quick-turn-around Die and Mould Machining facility lend synergy and competitive edge to the 600 tons a month production of high quality, high integrity castings in the PSG Foundry Division.
