Our quality processing system starts from procurement of raw materials and last till the delivery of consignment. The raw materials are checked visually in order to negate any cracks, surface defects, overlapping, seams and pittings. Hear treatment is providing final forging as per the requirements. After forging and heat treatment, all the fittings and fasteners are machined as per the prescribed dimensional codes. The tensile test is carried out for raw material as per the universally accepted codes.
