We manufacture and supply a wide range of anti tack agents which find their applications in various applications in the rubber industry. Our anti tack agents are processed through proper process to retain the requisite advantages for the rubber processing.

Our range comprises of the following:

(1) STUCK-N:

The stuck-N agent does not contain any petroleum/bituminous oil. This agent is formulated through the celluloid preparation of salt of oleic acids mixed with fillers & amides. Available in pale white free flowing liquid stuck-N is used as an anti tack agent for uncured rubber sheets of mixed compounds. It helps preventing sticking of compounded sheets, semi finished goods and extruded articles to each other.

Application process:

Stuck-N should be used in diluted form which is possible by mixing water till the desired level of concentration. The aqueous solution is used for spraying, brushing and dipping.

Dosage:

For soft compounds like sponge compound sheets concentration of 1 part by weight Struck N in 5 parts by weight of water can be used. Extruded hoses can be dipped in an aqueous solution of 1 part by weight of Struck N in 3 to 6 part by weight of water.

We offer wide assortment of tyre release agents which are available in pure form to meet stringent applications of the rubber industry. Some of our release agents comprise of struck-TIP50 and struck-top20.

STRUCK - TIP - 50

This is a water dispersive inorganic compound which is used as application paint on inside of green tyre by spraying. Utilization of struck-tip50 allows enough drying time before taking the green tyre for further processing.

Some of the specifics of the release agent are as follows:

STRUCK-TOP-20:

Struck-top 20 is a water based product sans organic volatile solvent used to avoid typical molding defects which appear during the tyre vulcanization process. This is used as outside paint in tyre applications.

Application process & benefit:

• Homogenize the product in the original drum by stirring it.
• Apply it over the tire sidewalls by means of conventional spray equipment and allow drying before curing operation.
• Drying time is 30 min.
