General

The feed material is fed into center of rotor and is conveyed to the periphery through series rotor plate, thus gradually reducing to find powder. Screen drum fitted around rotor, permits ground material of desired fineness to come out of the mill for collection.

Universal Mill

This is a very common and standard mill for grinding many materials, the grinding is effected in a highly turbulent air, starting from inside edge and ending on the outside edge of the grinding bars. Because of air intake and circulation during grinding the material does not get heated. The mill has stator and rotor. The rotor is perfectly balanced. The stator is in drum form and has both liners, which grind the material and sieve which permit the pulverised particles to escape out of grinding chambers. The material fed in the center and discharged is form periphery. By varying the R.P.M. of rotor and feed rate fineness and out put are controlled. Universal Mill

Wizzcon Mill

The Wizzcon mill (air swept mill) is a screenless size reduction machine used to grind material which is of fibrous in nature in to fine powder. The feeding is done through wide hopper in to the grinding chamber. Here a case hardened double ended or star type swing hammers rotate at high speed attached to the rotor. The whole grinding chamber contains replaceable liners so that main body will not be subjected to wear & tear. The ground material is graded to the size by whizzer classifier and transfer to the cyclone collector pneumatically. The classifier may be adjusted according to the mesh size requirement of material & pneumatically. The fan maintains constant airflow in the mill chamber in order to discharge the product.

Turbo Classifier Mill

Premium turbo classifier mill is a fine grinding mill with integrated grinding, classifying, and conveying operations. Depending upon the material characteristics and parameters, output fineness can be anywhere between 200 mesh to 450 mesh. The equipment is a screenless pulverizer. The equipment operates on principle of spiral classifications.

The main shaft carries the rotor & blower fan. It has an adjustable gap plate. The blower fan sucks the air from grinding chamber and discharges the air and product to cyclone where the product is collected. The gap plate adjustment alters the amount of airflow which results in withdraw from grinding chamber. Once gap plate is adjusted, output fineness is uniform. The equipment is recommended for soft and brittle material having MOH hardness up to 3. The feed size should not exceed 6 mm.

Premium disc mills are rugged construction. The main body is made of C.I/welded steel. The front door, which is having serrated grinding disc, can be easily opened and hence making conveniently for cleaning. The door is hinged for ease of operation. The material is fed with either vibratory feeder / screen feeder through feeding hopper. The material is pulverized between two serrated hardened discs. The gape between two plates can be adjusted by outside from outside. The ground material can be conveyed by blower through cyclone collector, which is installed with rotary air lock valve on gyro screen, which Screens the material and coarse material in reefed into disc mill for further grinding. The fine and acceptable material is collected in drums/bags. complete system is installed on steel frame.

Whirlpool Micronizer

The  whirlpool micronizer unit consists essentially of an assembly of multi- chambered rotor units interpolated with circular discs and mounted on a shaft which rotates insides a casing lined with alloy steel liner plates. A lower and upper fan cause an air current to circulate through the annular space between the rotor and stator, the quantity of which is regulated by means of air slides.

The material to be pulverized is fed into the base of the ultrafine unit and is introduced in an intensely turbulent and upward moving air current until it reaches the upper section of the unit.

A re-cycling duct ensures that any insufficiently ground material can be re-introduced into the lower section. The complete installation also includes a cyclone for the collection of finely ground material and a dust collector.

Basket Centrifuge

Centrifuge is equipment for separation solids & liquids. This is a faster method of filtration and eminently suitable for elimination of liquid or moisture from slurry and wet agglomerates. In simple filtration operation, the liquid seeps down through the filter cloth because of gravity. The filter cloth permits the liquids to pass through but prevent powders to pass. After sometimes the fine particle a settle on the filter cloth & effectively “ blind”, the filter cloth & there by stopping the progress of filtration. The above hindrance is eliminated in case of centrifuging, because of centrifugal action the gravity force on the liquid is very high, more than “400 times” the normal ‘G’ value. This cause very high pressure on the filter cloth and hence the fine particle powder is settled. The liquid is ejected through the space between the particles and reaches the filter cloth from where it is evacuated.

Outer Casting :-

The basket has a thick rigid plate at the bottom, conical plate 7 top cover and it houses rotating basket. The outlet pipe is fixed in a tangential position in the direction of rotation for easy elimination of discharge liquid from rotating basket & flowing on the surface of shell & he conical plate.

The purpose of a mixer is to blend together two or more ingredients. In a horizontal mixer the mixing cycle is fast and dry or wet mixing can be done. A ribbon paddle type auger is mounted on the mixer shaft and conveys the material from one end of the mixer to the other while is tumbled within the mixer. Discharge opening is provided at the bottom to help in rapid discharge. These mixers are ideal where viscous material like (molasses) up to 10% is added. The “Premium” horizontal mixer has a main body constructed from steel plates of adequate thickness to give rigidity and robustness and stiffeners are provided appropriately. The shaft is supported on self aligning bearings on which the blender ribbon / paddle is mounted. The ribbon angle is adjusted to give maximum mixing efficiency. Liquid is poured into a perforated tray located at the top, through which it trickles down on the.

Plant is in modular & vertical design. So number of silos can be increased and the same to be decided considering number of raw material. Pre-weighing of batch is totally automatic (also Can be operated manually) and so perfect batch can be made. Aspiration systems are designed to make plant dust free. vertical & compact design so space requirement is very less. The plant can be supplied with horizontal layout also. These plants are usually of 100 TPD capacity. We can also supply bigger plants of 200 TPD capacity.
