We specialize in the manufacture of straight fin tubes up to 20 meters of length with 11 fins per Inch (FPI), 13 FPI, 15 FPI, 19 FPI, 23 FPI and 26 FPI. These tubes can be availed in copper, cupro-nickel (70:30, 90:10), ad-brass, alu-Brass, aluminum, carbon steel (SA-179) and stainless steel (SS-304) either in seamless or welded range.

We manufacture customized fin tubes that are highly efficient. These tubes are incorporated into heat transfer equipment like heat exchanger. We can proficiently use these tubes, where space availability is less and extended surface area is required. These can be availed in varying ranges of density and tube diameter. These are made from copper, cupro-nickel and carbon steel tubes. For condenser and evaporator application these tubes can be availed with or without spiral ridges.

We manufacture turbo chill tubes up to 8 meters of length with 19 FPI and 26 FPI external fins and ten internal ridges. These are made from copper, cupro-nickel, ad-brass, alu-brass and aluminum tubes.

We specialize in the manufacturing of corrugated heat exchanger tubes made from metals like copper alloy, stainless steel or carbon steel. These tubes provide excellent thermal performance and have grooves and helical ribs. Uniform temperature distribution is ensured as turbulence is generated in inside as well as outside media. The heat transfer increases because of increase in turbulence and mixing.

The inner grooved tubes that we manufacture are ideal to be used in heat exchangers for efficient heat transfer. These are inner grooved tubes with 75 spiral grooves inside made from copper tubes 15.87mm OD. These are also used in room air-conditions and package air conditions.

Clients can avail fin tube coils up to a maximum length of 8 meters. These are available in single tube start and double tube start of equal lengths. To avoid direct contact with sulphur content in the oil with copper, fin tubes coils are plated with nickel.
