Our Facilities

We have a sophisticated infrastructural facility which is segregated into diverse sections. It boasts of manufacturing unit, in-house design unit, quality testing unit, tube mills and storage unit. Manufacturing unit installed with requisite machines and facilities is spread across an area of 500000 square yards. It is completely automatic and has an optimum capacity to produce 15000 metric tones per annum.

These machines are regularly inspected for lubrication and oiling, to ensure smooth production within the stipulated time frame. To meet the ever growing need for our range we have capacity to produce 15000 tonnes/annum. At our in-house design unit we have CAD/CAM software to design and develop our exclusive range at par with the requirements of our esteem clients.

At our tube mills we have provision for hi-frequency welding generator and all allied equipments. These helps us to design our tubes in different dimensions with sizes ranging from1/2" outer diameter (12.70 mm) to 2-1/2" outer diameter (63.50 mm) with thickness between .55mm to 3.25 mm.

Process:

To fabricate our exclusive range of steel tubes we use premium quality of HR/CR Coils and strips.

Slitting:

Production process begins with slitting CR Coils to different widths sizes as per the outer diameter.

Uncoiling & Welding Slitted:

To make a single endless strip the, slitted coil is uncoiled at the beginning of ERW mill, with ends sheared and welded one after another.

Forming:

Once the process of slitting is going on, strip is bended from center and the coil gain U shape. Further, it develops cylindrical shape with open edges using a series of forming rolls.

Welding:

Once forming is over, then the open edges of the slitted coil are heated to forging temperature. It is done through passage of high frequency low voltage high current and high frequency induction resistance welding process. Under this the current is made to flow through contract resistance to fuse the metals that are held firming together by mechanical pressure.

Debeading:

In the end the weld flash on top is trimmed out through carbide tools.

Cooling:

The steel tube formed is passed from the cooling block so that at the last roles the accurate shape can be formed. The final shape is given by the last roll sets. Cutting Steel tubes are cut to required lengths by flying cut off disc/saw cutter.
