Our ERW steel tubes are preferred to manufacture hospital furniture because of its smooth finish and fine quality obtained after selecting and using best available cold rolled and hot rolled coils. Our vast size range is appreciated by one and all. In certain special items we have successfully recommended our customers to use oval sizes instead of square and rectangular to get better look and more fine finish of the product.

Besides regular square and rectangular our special oval sizes are :

• 32mm x 65mm x 1.22/1.63mm thickness
• 29mm x 47mm x1.22/1.63mm thickness

ERW precision steel tubes has a very wide market because of its multiple applications. This is a basic raw material for Bicycle , Automobile, Furniture , Fencing, Fitness equipment, Scaffolding, Stair-case Railing and Canopy industry etc. Our manufacturing range is from 12.70 mm up to 63.5 mm and thickness varies between 0.55 mm to 3.25 mm as per IS:2039/1991, IS:7138/1973, IS:3074/1979 and BS / ASTM standards. 

Besides conventional tubings such as round, square, rectangular we specializes in ellipticals, oval and decorative tubes. We accept odd sizes orders more happily because innovation is which we belie in. We always urge to try different sizes with different dimensions so to have wide range.

Fencing tubes is quiet conventional and fencing by steel tubes has an added advantage,light in weight but has got enough strength.

These tubes are manufactured as per IS: 1161 / 1998 and BS: 6323 standards, mainly used for the following applications:
