Design of clean space or clean room encompasses much more than the traditional control of temperature, humidity & make up air to keep the environment acceptably "clean" other parameters that must be included in to the design of contamination control such as suspended particulates both viable and non viable, air flow velocity and air flow patterns, Cross contamination, noise, vibration & electro Static discharge within the clean cell.

The purafil dispensing / sampling /weighing booth allow to obtain delimited areas of clean and sterile air, through a unindirectional and descendant air filtered flow. Due to lower pressure in the working area, the possibility of cross contamination with other products is avoided . The main applications are dosing and weighing of raw material, sampling antibiotics handling, hormones, cytostatics, etc. Either powders or liquids.

AIR SHOWERS

Purafil Air showers that lifts off contamination while an individual stands or walks through an air chamber, The unit uses jets oft pressurized air at a velocity of 20-22 m per second . Contaminated air is directed through grills in the walls to a series of pre-and final filters that remove 9.999% of particle 0.3micron or larger in size. The air shower is available in a range of sizes and configurations, with various numbers of air changes per hour and numbers of airflow nozzles. The unit can be custom made as per specific requirement.

A pass-thru (dedusting unit) Air lock that permits the pick up of material, components and products to & from a clean room area. The doors are interlocked and prevent depressurization of the clean area. Materials are placed inside the Pass-thru,through one door and picked up by opening the opposite door. Pass-thru is constructed out of mild steel /Gl sheet metal duly powder coated or Stainless steel 304Q with Mat finish as optional.

This Pass box minimizes entry of contaminants and also cross contamination into the clean rooms.

We also offer a variety of Air Showers that provides an ideal way to minimize the contaminants taken up by the individuals, entering or leaving a controlled area. These showers use concentrated air flows to lift off the contamination. These are designed to deliver jets of pressurized air at a velocity of 20-22m/s, in which an individual simply stands in or walks through a specially constructed air chamber. To remove the particulate matters, an efficient scrubbing action is necessary. After this, the contaminated air is allowed to move through gills within the walls of air shower through a series of pre filters and final filters. These air showers are perfect for removing all the particles not smaller than 0.3 micron in size.

Our Freezing quality PVC strips are an efficient way for saving energy and reducing heat loss in cold storage. These are also used in temperature control delivery vehicles. Available in sizes 200 mm W x 2 mm thk., these are manufactured using a special material with higher resistance to temperature differential upto 35 deg. C.

Laminar Flow Benches are available in different sizes & configurations such as- Horizontal & Vertical flow pattern with standard / optional accessories.

Laminar air as applied to clean room Technology is defined as air flow in which the entire mass of air within a confined space moves with uniform velocity along paralleled flow lines.

Laminar flow benches are specially designed for particulate and bacterial free sterile atmosphere to handle non hazardous non Pathogenic samples, cell & tissue cultures, alimentation controls in microbiology, Pharma product preparation. It assure a full product protection against contamination.

Purafil's Transparent, Flexible Swing-doors or Strip-Doors are effective seal against dust, heat noise and flies, Being a physical barrier these doors are transparetly clear, flexible and stronger for greater safety. They are impact-proof and accident-proof having self - extingushing properties. They have an easy push opening on both sides and instant-closing.

Purafil's Transparent, Flexible Swing-Doors are equipped with complete outer steel frame with rounded eged overlapping flaps, made out of clear trasnperent, flexible venyl sheets of 3 mm thickness. They have a push-opening and self-closing with spring action. The doors are provided with top and bottom hinge-bearings. These doors can be made to suit requirements upto 3000mm width and 3000mm hight and are custom-built. The standard size of doors available is 2000 mm x 2050 mm.
