With the deeply rooted belief that nature can be preserved only if each one made a conscious decision to contribute to nurturing it; Monisha and Amit, driven by their nature-loving and purity-seeking conscience, found the lure of ancestral cotton lands irresistible.
Of the modern generation, well qualified and trained, they determined to put the humble Organic farmer on the world map and get his silent contribution to the environment and society recognized and appreciated; provided the impetus. Thus Quanta Impex was born, with a very clear purpose and objective. Ever since 1996, Quanta Impex has been actively involved in the promotion of environmentally, socially and economically sound production of Organic Cotton Fibers. Building the chain from field to fashion, Quanta Impex extended its reach and services to the field of creation and design. With constant exposure to high levels of toxic, chemical and a cocktail of other harmful substances, our loved ones are more susceptible to allergies and reactions. |

As awareness makes people more sensitive to environmental issues, the move towards organic products has been phenomenal. Organic is no more a niche. It is a movement that is catching rapidly with the common man who wants to make a difference. Our vision is innovation. Our design for the future is to strike a balance between the eco and socio aspects of our business. We are moving rapidly towards our goal of reaching IVN standards of eco-textiles. We strive for progressive innovation in our products and are working towards winning a 'fair trade label'. Employment opportunities for the underprivileged, the physically challenged, will be encouraged by seeking NGO support. Thus we work on ceaselessly for a cleaner, purer and brighter future for the planet.
Quality Policy / ProcessesWe provide you with a "Company Certificate" from AGRECO, Germany stating that Purecotz creations complies with all EC standards for process and garmenting of organic cotton yarn. Agreco inspects the entire chain from Yarn to Packing ensuring the usage of organic yarn in the end product. We are also working with them to procure the prestigeous
"SA 8000" standards certificate, which is closely related to fair trade.
