''Purvi''?is a creative enterprise, involved in the designing of stylized Theme Interiors and distinctive Artifacts, since 1991. The enterprise was the brainchild of?Simi Nirula, who with her innate passion for art, and an inborn sense of colours, dimensions and designs, has been able to attract and inspire a dedicated team of talented artists and craftsmen to form??Purvi??(the earth).
Today,?Purvi?works of art comprise fascinating Figurines Murals and Artifacts, made of special clay. The creations largely reflect images of Indian village life and culture, in true-to-life earthy tones and colours. Beyond Art, Simi has also found immense response to her sense of interior decor. Backed by her team of artists, artisans, painters and craftsmen,?Simi has been able to make her mark in creating several eye-catching interiors. Today,?Purviartifacts adorn many a prominent home and gallery in India and abroad. And new ideas and projects continue to be evolved at her workshop in Kolkata, for innovative interiors, and for lovers of art.
