Metal Marking Machine

We manufacture a wide range of metal marking machines that is used in marking on conductive metals by electrochemical process. Chemical Engraving / Etching Machine

We design and develop a range of chemical engraving/ etching machines that is used by our clients in different industries. The etching process does not involve any stress development, no deformation and no molecular disturbance. Our range of machines find their application in fine, precise and clean metal removal work. This machine is operated on electrochemical process and using hand held pad you can remove metals from selective area for number of applications. This machine is capable of etching a large variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

This machine is widely used by leather goods manufacturer for making metal punches. These machines are used by steel testing labs for microscopic inspection of metals whether hardened or soft. Simple, light in weight yet robust in design, these machines operate on 230 V AC. Our range of chemical engraving/ etching machines are easy to operate and high performing in nature. The process is manual but can be automised as per requirement.








Portable Plating Machine

Etching Pencil

We manufactures etching pencil which is used for marking on mild steel and hard metals. One can write just like a pencil. Ink is not required. The harder is the metal, better is the etching. Through etching pencil one can write on dies, machine tools and components, jigs, fixtures, cutting tools, etc. Can be used for hardened and groung surfaces as well.

Electroless Nickel Plating Service

We provide electroless nickel plating that is a non-conventional plating system where no current is used for deposition that helps in uniform layer thickness plating on intricate parts with hole and deep recesses. This reduces any excess build-up on the corners or at edges and also eliminates post-plating grinding operation. The electroless nickel plating layer is amorphous and gives better corrosion protection that of equal thickness of electro deposited nickel.

Ideal for complex shapes where uniform and controllable plating thickness is not possible by conventional electroplating process, this layer offers a surface hardness of 48 to 62 HRC with excellent bonding and the plated layer does not flake-off. Our electroless coating is perfect for plastic dies, taper cavities, spiders, breaker plates and other extrusion die parts.

This plating helps the barrels for injection moulding machines by giving them non-stick property that helps in easy cleaning. This electroless nickel plating helps in re- building worn-out punches to original dimensions. This coating is also used for costly instruments and oil field as well. The different properties of this plating are:

Bus Bar Silver Plating Service

We provide our bus bar silver plating that is helpful in providing and maintaining low resistance conductive joints. This helps in providing stable contact resistance and low maximum operating temperature that results in long service life. The different factors that lead to decreasing the efficiency of joints are irregularities in the mating surfaces, particulate contamination prior to installation and oxidation.

The effects of bus bar surface irregularities, the formation of non-conductive surface films caused by the local environment and temperature, and the formation of copper oxides can lead to bus joints. These have a high joint resistance and voltage drop, leading to hot spots, and possible catastrophic failure. These plating assists in:

• Stable contact resistance joints
• Minimizes the need for frequent maintenance
• Decreases overall downtime of equipment
• Minimizes maintenance costs
• Greatly reduce the risk of catastrophic failures.








Phosphating Service

We offer our clients with phosphating services where we provide prevention against corrosion.
Phosphating, that is also known as parkerizing or phosphatizing, is the process or method that helps in protecting steel surface from corrosion. Parkerizing is an improved zinc or manganese phosphating process. We apply an electrochemical phosphate conversion coating that improves the resistance power of steel from wear and tear.




Hard Anodizing Process

Our hard anodizing process offers excellent hardness to different aluminum components. Through anodic oxidation process, a ceramic like layer that is hard layer is developed in a cool electrolyte specially formulated for hard anodizing. This process makes the components highly wear and corrosion resistant. Offering high thermal & electrical insulation, they also provide excellent adhesion with base material. This process makes the surface non sticky that helps in easy cleaning of the products. This hard anodizing process offers good anti-friction and gives a layer thickness of 30 to 60 microns. We also offer hard anodizing process that can be ground/ honed to sizes as per the clients' specifications.
