We provide air ventilation system that is fabricated with quality raw material using high technologies. These ventilation systems are designed as per GMP and schedule M code of conduct. With the assistance of our proficient engineers, we are able in designing, manufacturing and checking our products as per international standards. Also, our centrifugal blowers are SISW and DIDW certified & provided with forward and backward impellers. This is ideal for supply and extracts applications in commercial, process and industrial HVAC systems. These air ventilation systems are available with terminal boxes for pre-filters and fine filters, ducting systems, and exhaust systems. Our systems are specially designed to sustain positive pressure in the room and can be supplied by offering single skin AHU and double skin AHUs.
Features:
• The housing is fabricated by galvanized sheet with the housing fixed to the side plates by means of electric spot welding.
• The bearings are deep groove ball type sealed at both sides and are self aligning with an eccentric locking collar requisite for clamping on the shaft and are assembled in rubber housing.
• The rotation and discharge of the fan as per AMCA standard 99-2406-83.
• The wheels assembled are statically and dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 and AMCA 204-G2.5 standards.
• Each fan type has its maximum operating speed and power due to its mechanical design. |
